 @missrigby  Diet pepsi in 6 pack can be found here all over the place - $2.50 a six pack. I don't do cans so don't pay much attention but see lots of those 12 boxes (or at least I think that's how many in box maybe 24?) Prices on 6 pack vary from BOGO, 3 for $8.00 or 7 for $10.00. All I drink so I would notice a shortage. Have no clue about all the other pop/soda/soft drink or what ever they are called in whatever region of country one lives in.

I agree, it's over, unless you're in a motor home. For some reason, over allows all the paper to gradually unroll as driving around wiggles the roll.

In the South, it's Co-Cola, unless y'all want something specific, like an RC (and a MoonPie, of course) or, heaven forfend (!) Pepsi.

A lot of people have trouble with cats unrolling it if it is over. I have had two kittens that discovered that joy, but neither made that a lasting hobby. Leaving the seat opens helps. No easy place to sit.

My husband prefers it under because on our old holder, he would pull too hard and it would spin off and land on the floor. With under, his hand was (I guess) positioned just different enough that his massive man power is more down than to the right, or something.

I really don't care. It really seems like a minor thing to get your panties in a wad about.

I put my TP on the counter next to the throne. Someone put the TP holder right next to the toilet and when it has a roll on it, I'm constantly whacking into it with my leg.

I also put my to on its side on the counter. My whole house contains half completed remodeling projects. The new TP roll holder has been waiting for installation for a few years now.

On the TP note, I only by Angel Soft due to allergies. The difference between the AS that comes from Amazon vs. Walmart is shocking. The Amazon version is a lot thicker and the rolls weigh about twice as much - despite the exact same packaging!
