Anyone here use clear braces such as invisalign? I just got mine today (yay!) and spent my entire lunch break fighting to get them off my teeth to eat. I was wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks to get them off without a battle. I used the little stick thingy but couldn't quite get it underneath. I have a lot of the little posts they latch onto which makes it even harder to get the things off.
Soon will come the fun of getting them back in!

DH just finished his...mine go one in two weeks. His loosened up after a day or so and were easier to remove. I'm planning in using mine as part of my diet plan.

the best advice I was ever given was to wait to put in the next new tray til just before bed. that way you will sleep through the worst of adjusting to the new positioning. I would actually wait til coming home from Thirsty Thursday with my college roommate. so I would be good and buzzed and sleeping deeply.
ETA - how are you trying to take them off now? from the edge at the back, near the front, what? bc during the treatment process, I would have to start near a back tooth and work my way around. toward the end of the 2w in that set of trays, I could generally (and definitely with the retainers now that I'm done and don't have buttons anymore) I can pull from the front corner at a wisdom tooth and snap the trays out.

I started from the back but it's hard to get behind my teeth. I found the little hook thingy in my welcome box and wedged that back there until I could pull it up. Then I worked them back and forth until they loosened on the front and finally came off. He warned me that with so many buttons they'd be a bitch to get off. It would have been nice to start this on a Monday where I was off so I could have had a day to play but it is what it is. I clocked in from lunch and THEN ate my lunch.
