Guess I dodged the bullet! I love red onions and eat them almost to the exclusion of others. Of course lots of folks don’t realize how fast onions can spoil. I am super picky when picking out my onions in store. eta just opened the link. Don’t live in any of states listed. That might explain it n

Lovely.
I live in one of the states and a red onion has been part of my meals for several days. Hopefully the onion did not come from the farm mentioned.

Onions are a mainstay for me like celery. Luckily right now mine are not red.

I don't use red onions unless I grow them myself. But there are always onions in my house...can't cook without them.
