Does anyone have a massage chair or mat that they love? I gotta do something about my stress load and was thinking a massage chair might help.

We had a mat that you put in your chair. I don't remember the brand, but I didn't like it. It was like being punched in the back. Hard.

Years ago I had a Howmedic (?) mat to put into my chair. I loved it! There were selections for different massage rates/types and heat off or on. I have no idea if they still make them.

Yes, we have a Homedics one and DH loves it. It has different types of massages and heat or no heat.
