So many things need to be overturned when trump is out of office. So many things.

I’m all for employers having whatever religious exemptions they want....... as long as they can prove their deity is real.
Can’t they have “moral” objections to anything for any reason now?

I support the religious rights of individuals. I do not support religious rights for corporations.

Well, then women need to learn to close their legs. Can't have birth control, awesome, no sex for you.

I'm assuming this and the other decision today (something about Catholic schools being able to fire women and not be sued) were 5-4.
*-*-*-* Dear God/Universe/whatever; Please have the multi year rumors that Justice Thomas is stepping down come true.
Thanks, Beth

The amusing thing to me is I can only get pregnant every nine months if everything is timed perfectly. How many women can a man impregnante in the same time frame? But it is ME that needs to control my sexual behaviors to prevent pregnancy.
Guys are just going to be guys we can't expect them to keep their pecker in their pants or wear a rubber.
And if he forcibly takes it from you? Well as certain senators have said your body will simply not allow you to get pregnant so no need for birth control there either.

Here is an idea - why not relieve employers from the burden of providing health care to their employees. It is a cost they don't want, and a responsibility they shouldn't have.

I've been saying the same thing here for over a decade. It used to get me trounced on about how I should just get a good job with good benefits and stop trying to take those benefits away from people who earned them. Glad to see the national narrative changing. Our society can never be prosperous with the current healthcare system.

So, how long before someone begins complaining again about having tax money pay for children of single parents? 3-2-1... (You can't have it both ways.)

They see absolutely no correlation between sex education, accessibility of birth control, the number of abortions and children being raised in poverty.

By the way, will insurance still pay for Viagra? Inquiring minds want to know. From what I recall yes they do because ED is a "medical condition". Men cannot possibly be expected to deal with not being able to get boners. Women getting pregnant is a choice. If men could get pregnant birth control would be free and in vending machines on every corner.

Chances are humanity would become extinct pretty damn quick. My body, my choice is applied by men when "forced" to wear face masks during a pandemic, so no pregnancies for them. Females are too feebleminded to use that argument correctly

So what about medical conditions in women where birth control IS the treatment, like PCOS, endometriosis, etc.? Do objecting employers have to cover that, or is "the pill" completely not covered? I seem to remember this was the loophole before ACA made BC coverage mandatory. And, practically, what about states that have made BC coverage mandatory (like NY)? Does this decision override that? Hoping this riles enough people up to push for universal healthcare. Or an exception added to ACA that lets employees opt out of employer provided HI w/o subsidy penalty.

A state can not mandate something that the SCOTUS has declared unconstitutional.
