I would think the bigger hypocrisy was the political party that impeached a president for his sexual dalliances is standing firm behind a president who has done worse.

Yeah, I don't really fault people so much back then. It was a different world and various factors lead to people not hearing about what had gone on or women not speaking up about it. And there really was no way for them to be heard unless someone else wanted them to be.


I also think most in the party know this that even when his wife was running, to me he took a very back seat. Like he's still around, but it's like your crazy old uncle that's invite because he's family but you put over in this corner and don't really listen to.

I was disappointed with certain groups who stood with him and didn't denounce his actions during his presidency.

I am not as worried (although, very bothered by pedophilia and rape) about Bill Clinton now, because he does not and will not hold any further office. I am more worried about people currently serving taking part in this.

There is video of trump and Epstein dancing with a dance floor full of beauty pageant contestants- if that’s all they have on trump, he’s done much worse and still gets rave reviews from the far right evangelicals. And I haven’t heard there is much on Clinton, either. However there’s a woman who has a picture of herself with prince Andrew when she was 17 - on the night she said the prince raped her. So I’m guessing the royal family is very concerned.

I don't have any problem believing Prince Andrew had sex with that girl.  However, people keep talking about her being underage but she was not.  The age of consent in the UK is 16.  I'm not trying to minimize sex trafficking or exploitation in any way and his behaviour is gross but if he "didn't know" she was being trafficked and thought she was just another pretty young woman who wants to have sex with a prince then he's not going to face charges.

I did not vote for Clinton the second time - when all the Monica stuff was out and all the other accusations were floating around.  I was highly disturbed by the Monica issue.  She was in an intern/employee/subordinate relationship and I felt a sexual relationship with someone who was in a subordinate role to Clinton was just wrong.  The other accusations I did not find credible for the most part, and or felt that they had to be consensual given the narrative.  It actually disturbed me more at that time than it does now.  I did also feel that Clinton lied under oath, and therefore I would not vote for him in any case.  

I felt then, and feel even stronger about it now, that Men don't care about infidelity, and Politicians probably feel it is their right.  They are a slimy bunch.

We are at a much more liberated point that we were when Clinton ran (1993-2001).  I actually am shocked that Trump managed to get elected with his background.  I do thing it is much due to his race baiting, and now it is not just Men that don't care about infidelity, many women don't care either.

Epstein was despicable, but again, many don't care about teen girls having sex with dirty old men.
