trump is probably thinking it is really time for him to create that Supremer Court. Well he can propose to add a number of justices to the current SC to get the votes he wants. There is precedent for such a proposal (though the idea did fail)

I'm not as surprised on this one. With rather recent precedent on this (Texas) it would have been hard pressed to overturn that.
