Smoking pot/weed- having this convo w my 20 yr old

A couple years ago my parents came to my place to go to a craft fair and as we were walking out of my complex someone was on they're balcony waking and baking. My mom completely serious asked why it smelled like a skunk in the middle of downtown. I replied uh cuz that's a wake and bake and she's looked at me like I was crazy until I explained. I quickly followed up with a dammit! My mom asked what and I was like I just realized I could have come home high as hell in high school and just say we got surprised by a skunk! 🤣
