$250 for a sit-down dinner on the 23rd. Other than that, nothing because we're spiking here and I'm only doing the absolute essential things - grocery, vet etc. I'm going to have a go at trimming my hair this weekend which should be hysterical.

Not costing too terribly much:
Pedicure - went to an upscale spa but it only cost me $40 with a big tip because I had a gift certificate given to me back in February to use.
Cut and highlight - $130 with tip
I will need makeup soon - will probably cost around $120

It's gonna cost me around $110,000 'cause when they eased the restrictions here, I found a house to buy. Other than that, two meals out--$61 w/the tips--and a haircut and color next week--$88 minimum.

Nothing so far. I've decided to let my hair grow out and try a new style when it's long enough to actually "style," so no haircut (and my haircuts are in the $25 range including tips--no sense in spending a lot of money to put ribbons on a toad). Also, never had a manicure so I haven't missed them.
However, once the local Cadillac dealer starts getting the 2021 models and they get one with the features I want (too lazy to order it--and I know they'll eventually have one that will do), I'll be buying a new car. I want all the spiffy tech features the new cars have. I was planning to get a 2020 model in the spring, but that didn't happen, so now I might as well wait for the 2021 models and get even more spiffy features.
Also, I'm going to try the purple hair coloring my friend gave me for my birthday. It's a do-it-yourself conditioner with color and apparently works really well, so that should be fun. I don't know how much it cost. I might have to spend some money on hats, depending on how it turns out.

Almost nothing. Don't wear makeup, never had a manicure or pedicure, don't color my hair. My last haircut was in January but it's a straight blunt cut and it's fine this time of year when the humidity gives it some curl.
I did spring for haircuts for my granddaughters at Shear Madness, though. That was $56 with tips for the two of them.

I usually get a trim every 4 weeks (my hair grows worse than weeds!). It runs $15 with tip. I am thinking trying a lavender or purple tint just for the fun of it.
My makeup is pretty minimal-tinted moisturizer, undereye concealer, eyeshadow, mascara, blush, sheer lip gloss. If I don't have a meeting, I often skip the eyeshadow.
I really miss my mani/pedi's-they are so relaxing and I just can't do a decent polish job myself.
I want a Land Rover so bad I'm drooling, but don't like the idea of leaving it in the driveway although my neighbors have Cadillac Escalades, Mercedes SUV's, etc. in their drives. The biggest theft target is the high-end pickup trucks.
DH is getting a new handgun as soon as they get decent amounts of inventory. He finally got his carry permit renew after 6 months of trying to capture his fingerprints. Dear Licensing Authorities - If you couldn't get them 4 years ago, they haven't magically reappeared!

My hair has been short since 1976, the year I got married. I don't color it, so it's only haircuts every six weeks. Since I'm not ready to go back for haircuts, I bought some barrettes at Target. I haven't had to use them yet, but I'm prepared just in case I'm annoyed by hair in my face. But that's it for expenses. Oh, except for Hydro Flasks. Not for me. I have four of them. But my nieces commented that they're a thing now with the younger generation. So I told my four nieces (ages 16-24) and their mother that I would buy them whichever Hydro Flasks they wanted. Along with a couple extra flasks and flask boots, carrying slings, and cleaning brushes, I spent a bit over $550. But I'm not spending much money on myself, and my expenses have gone down since my sweetie passed away 2 years ago, so I just had fun buying these.

I was supposed to get my hair done at the end of March - now I'm scheduled for July 3. That will cost me about $90.
I need to improve my skincare routine and buy some makeup as well. That will probably cost me $100-150.
I also need new running shoes - that will run me around $70.

$75 for a haircut. $50 for manicure and waxing. No new makeup yet (I had just started with new stuff in March). $30 for sunscreen (I've had skin cancer, so I use the highest SPF I can fine). I also bought new running shoes prior to the pandemic, so I am good.

I've gone out to eat twice so like $50? I need to get my hair cut at some point but I also don't care too much - still working at home so it's up in a in 99% of the time anyways.
I still need to take the polish off from my March pedicure. 🤣 Not super high on my list to go get that done.
Don't need makeup, still have more than enough from previous sales.

My kiddos went back to daycare two weeks ago, so that’s another $431/week we hadn’t had to pay since mid-March (well, less than that as DS was in school, so we only had before/after care then, but pay for full day care in the summer).
I had my annual eye appointment and ordered new contacts last week, which was $370.
DH decided to put in a block wall around the flower bed on the southeast side of our house, so that was about $400 in materials so far (will need more fill dirt in there plus new plants).
DH and I have grabbed lunch and brought it home to eat a couple of times since the kids have gone back to daycare, so maybe $45 or so there.
Otherwise, so far not much else. I would love to get a pedicure (usually get 2-3/year in summer months, but I’m not comfortable getting one yet).
And unrelated to things opening back up, but related to how much is still shut down and/or not taking the kids to do many of our normal activities, we bought a new bounce house that should be delivered this week.

I've grown into quite the prolific online shopper these past few months, so as my area eases into reopening (I'm in a hard hit area of southeastern PA) I don't really have to go crazy with buying anything. I have plenty of beauty, hair, and skin care products, I have plenty of booze, still ordering take out twice a week. I last had a haircut in early March but I'm going to see if I can go until August for a cut. I'm embracing my wild mane.
Oh wait, I bought a Sport-Brella so I can create a safety perimeter for when we're down the shore later this month. I guess I'll count it as a reopening cost, though it's about damn time we have our own umbrella so it was a purchase that was a long-time coming.

DBF bought us both new handguns just before the SIP orders. I’d been eyeing the one I got for a while and he’d been wanting another one for a while. It was sheer coincidence that we pulled the trigger on the purchases (see what I did there? Hee hee) when we did, we were wondering why it was so crowded when we were in the store. We went to the range soon after, and when we went to replace the bullets we’d used, they were sold out at every store we checked in the area, and online. Our timing sucked on that one. Anyway, just a couple days ago, DBF said that if we bought the same ones today, the purchase price would be about $400 more than what we paid for them. Yikes! Now I’m wondering if the prices have increased for bullets too.

I've been having all sorts of problems getting my orders delivered lately. I expect them to be delayed, but it's been a bit ridiculous. 2 days has turned into 2 weeks from Target, plus a half week delay. An Amazon book was never even brought to the post office during the 3 weeks over which it was supposed to be delivered. My cabinet pulls, I've never gotten notified they had even shipped. 10 days after ordering, I get an email if they've arrived. Um, no? I need to wait 24-48 hours to call them to tell them this.

I have Amazon Prime. Since nothing was arrived in 1-2 days, I contacted them and they gave me a refund of $45.
I have had other packages sit at a Fedex or UPS location for a couple of days. I don't understand it, but it's happening.

As far as the OP, I’m still pretty much doing the same things I was doing during the SIP orders.
I‘d planned to get my hair dyed this spring, but everything was shut down before I got it done. Hair salons are open now, but I’m still wary of going. My eyebrows are in desperate need of attention, but I’m wary of getting that done too. I’m still not interested in eating in a restaurant even though the option is available now.
I need new glasses, but I’m wary of going to get that done too. I’m due to get my teeth cleaned, same issue. I did get the courage to get my annual Pap Smear done, but I’d already rescheduled the appointment I had at the beginning of April, due to my concerns about the virus, and I told myself that at least it wouldn’t require the doctor to be all in my face lol.
I did go into a store to buy outdoor rugs and a patio umbrella yesterday, but that was at Target, a store that’s been open the whole time, and one I’ve been inside a few times during the SIP orders, to buy household products like toilet tissue and paper towels, since you couldn’t/still can’t order those items online for shipping or pickup.
I guess with us both being “essential” workers, I feel like just going to work is enough risk and I’m not inclined to do a lot of the things that would increase our risks.

Loved your "pull the trigger" There's a great new range opened near us late last year that we want to go to but can't shoot without ammo.

Loved your "pull the trigger" There's a great new range opened near us late last year that we want to go to but can't shoot without ammo. I guess having the means to protect oneself if needed is priceless, but it would make me very unhappy to pay $1k for something I could’ve bought for 7 or 8 hundred dollars just a few months ago. I rarely recognize opportunities to use puns (that’s what that was, right?), so I’m happy you enjoyed it. One of DBF’s friends bought like 1k bullets at the range we’d been to, on the same day we were searching for ammo. He and his wife are both former military and he has what I’d consider an arsenal of weapons. I’ve told DBF that if the world goes to hell or we have a zombie apocalypse, we’re going to their house to try to survive lol. There, I would be the only untrained civilian. I’m a pretty good shot at the range, where I can take my time to focus and get it right, but I realize that the controlled environment in a range is not nearly the same as if something pops off IRL. I could load the magazines or something while they all use their training to protect us against the zombies. But yeah, handguns without ammo, you might as well just throw the handgun at the enemy, and unless you get lucky and hit them with enough force in just the right place, it’s not nearly as effective as shooting and aiming well enough to stop them in their tracks.

I don't understand it, but it's happening. We also have prime, but it was a used book through a third-party seller. I wasn't in a huge hurry to get it, but I did want to actually get what I paid for! There was a little extra rigimarole due to the third party think, but I copy/pasted the tracking saying the post office was still waiting for the package, and then got the refund without any more hassle. For the Target stuff, it sits at UPS once it gets into town, and then they send it on USPS. They did that with a previous package, too. I don't see how that can be cost effective for them. They still make daily rounds of the neighborhood.

Some Amazon shipments are sent by UPS and then transferred to USPS here, too. The Postmaster told me UPS comes and drops off packages about 6 AM.
I also see the UPS trucks driving in town.
