I've done what I was told to do....high risk person (yep I am) stay home! So now, you want me to go stand around a bunch of people I don't know that might be sick so that I can find out if I'm sick. Sheesh, you can't make this stuff up. I'm stay home!!! You want to run out and be tested to humor some federal program, be my guest, I'm still staying home.

Again, South Korea has an outbreak last week... and tested 47k+ people to find and isolate cases... we need to have capacity in place track and isolate. But we also need infrastructure for contacttracing.
