I’ve convinced DH to look for a newer truck and We saw a couple we like on Carfax. Can you negotiate on their pricing? Some of their prices are shown as “below” Car fax value, but I would assume you can negotiate.
what do you say?

No, they typically won't negotiate with you.

When we bought a car from carguru, the website just showed the dealer and the price. We were then able to negotiate with the dealer and get the price down and also got free maintenance for a certain number of miles. It depends.

If you mean CarMax, I was told by another dealership that they won't negotiate and drive down the prices in areas where they have lots. It does say on their website also that they don't haggle for prices. All that being said, it's always worth a try!

No the website is called cargurus.com
We knew exactly which model, make and color we wanted and went in on the last day of the month. They had reduced the price further as it was sitting on the lot for the previous month.
