Ok, I think we are all going a little covid nuts. Like i posted ealier, I'm a Catholic priest. So posted earlier to my family "ok, learned something about myself today. As a pastor with lots of "youth" activities I thought I would never hunger for pizza. But I haven't had pizza in 2 months and wanted one so bad that I just went and got a Chicago style from Papa Murphy's Should feed me all week." My SIL wrote back "This quarantine is getting to you." She's right!

She's right! Did you have a beer with it I didn't realize Papa Murphy's had Chicago style pizza. I ordered a couple Chicago deep dish pizzas to be delivered to my daughter for her finals this week.

the roommate in this short term rental has been ordering pizzas from all over to be shipped. a 6 (8?) pack arrived the other day. I asked if he had considered a Lou Malnati's delivery, he said he had checked it out and it looked really expensive. it is, but it's also supposedly the best one over there. I offered to split a 6pk delivery when he finished this current delivery, 3 each? we'll see, I guess.

There is a site I think called taste of Chicago that I ordered from. Delivered frozen last Thurs. We also like Giordano's and Ginos.

I have a zoom meeting for the non-profit board I'm on that starts in a few minutes. I don't even care if I'm the only one drinking, but I'm keeping my glass of wine next to me while I do this

Although many attending were audio only, the laughter at some points indicated I was not alone in that. It was an awesome 2 hour meeting, but transcribing my notes for the minutes today was interesting.

chiver my daughter loved the frozen Lou Malnatis pizza. We usually have fresh Chicago pizza. It is expensive, but I can usually only eat 1 piece. Took 6 teens who can EAT to Chicago in Dec. We had calamari, salad, a thin crust pizza and a deep dish. We ended up taking half the pizza back to our hotel. Pricey, but so worth it!!

I'll be opening something when I eventually get home. 🙄 I have been in line for a drive up teller for 1h15 already, probably still another 20min til I'm at the window. thankfully the pups are being cool. the detail cops at this CU branch have wandered by a few times to compliment them on their behavior. lol...

Last night for dinner, TD opened up a bottle of wine. He had a glass with dinner and went back to work. I finished up the rest of the bottle.

I’ve lost track but have you gotten your money from sale? You may have posted a while back but I’m way behind on some post and threads.

yes, some. the P&S proceeds arrived late yesterday via check - what I was depositing today. the rest of the proceeds will be wired over, likely tomorrow.
I am home now, just opened a bottle of bubbly to celebrate the baby step with my friend K. cheers!

Drinking because the republican idiots on my state Supreme Court removed the safer at home order even though we are no where near the criteria. I hope all those dumb f@ckers who pushed for this get sick. Thin out the morons

Mai Tai time finally! We will probably run out of dark rum before we run out of pineapple juice. Luckily the State Liquor store is deemed essential and has been open the whole time. I may need a bottle of champagne to give to DD to celebrate finally closing on her new house. She's been living with her in-laws for almost 2 weeks.

My credit union limits the check size to under $1500 for mobile deposit.
