I hadn’t realized they had an efficient rapid antibody test yet... I don’t think it is FDA approved yet. I could screen about 500 samples in a 24 hour period doing a non rapid test. However, apparently Abbot has one now. Not sure of whether it has FDA approval yet though.

Even neighboring Georgia gets over $100 per week more in unemployment. Isn't that crazy? Flor-I-Duh strikes again! I'm fairly certain that there are other states that max out at lower numbers, or have rules or regulations or delays that make their programs even worse than Florida's.
I was just trying to give you a sense of how far above the concrete our safety net is set. It might not matter if it is six inches or eighteen when you are plunging into it from almost any distance above. At either setting, you'll hit the concrete hard, probably break something important, and need considerably help disentangling yourself from the net. WI taps out at $370. Less than $10/hr for a 40 hr work week.

I saw an interview with the photographer who took a picture of one of those ‘liberate the county’ pictures of a woman in a pick up screaming at a nurse blocking the road.
The screaming protester was yelling at the nurse to ‘ go back to China’.
What does that even mean? Does she think nurses conspired to bring the virus here because they were bored and wanted to liven things up? That nurses are all Chinese plants, even the Caucasian ones?
I can’t even. The tin hatters have outdone themselves.

Problem is, it doesn't look like people are developing much immunity. Virology community are communicating though........ and there are a few promising ideas.
Our one is having human trials next week and they a using a different virus to transmit it for better immunity.
Can you elaborate please, I’m not sure I understand. Thanks! Yes, They don't think immunity is very long lasting so that it could return Oxford vaccine, human trials tomorrow, is introducing Covid vaccine on a different virus..... adenovirus Virology cents are communicating and there is other interesting things in the pipeline...... and some hope.... that at last one will work.

I just posted a new thread in current events about people who are recovered and tested negative and are now testing positive again. ymam.proboards.com/thread/62704/troubling-info-recovery-more-complicated

I am guessing this will end up being like the flu. The flu shot does not provide immunity against the flu it's to keep it so if you get the flu you are much less likely to die from it. Then you need repeated yearly shots to keep that up.

Well yes they probably hadn't got over the first infection. Scientists are understanding more about this disease all the time Its changing slightly but not very much..... so that bodes well for getting an efficient vaccine and mass immunising.
