Nobody can approve nominees who haven't even been nominated. There are 150+ vacancies for which he's made no nominations. He makes "acting" appointments because those don't need confirmation.

I'm seeing articles about all kinds of things he's gotten done in the way of revoking regulations and human rights. Defunding things he doesn't like, giving money to his friends... |

Article II Section 3
...and in Case of Disagreement between them, with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, he may adjourn them to such Time as he shall think proper; ... I think it is clear when he has the power to adjourn them and it is very limited. |

and if you are an anti-government insurgency, they probably look like accomplishments.
until the thing you dismantle ends up being needed....like....say.....the pandemic arm of the CDC?

Honestly as time goes on I'm starting to fear when we don't get an ignorant asshole in the office and it's someone who can actually figure out how to effectively walk through the holes he's blown wide open. I worry it'll be near impossible to close back up.

I hate to say it but 45 is not wrong in that the way Congress handles no one there and not officially adjuring/closing down is fucked up. And both sides do it. I mean, 45 is wrong about damn near everything else.
