Here's a fun thing to do: analyze this! Last night, early this morning, I had one of those "imposter at work" dreams. I'd been hired for a new job. They gave me a ton of documents and sent me home to analyze them, except I didn't know how to do it, so I avoided the whole thing for days/weeks. At one point, I was on a causeway between 2 bodies of water -- one with cycles of waves (but not white water) and one with placid water. People, families, were walking along the causeway in both directions. An older woman stopped to comment on the beauty and I remarked how I had never seen waves like those before. She asked what I did for work, and then I realized that I'd better get my butt there. So, I went home and changed and walked in kitten heels (LOL) a couple of miles on the causeway to the downtown area (which somehow I knew was Pittsburg although I have never been to Pittsburg) where the office was. I walked into the large, rectangular, glass-walled office area and everyone at reception and in their cubicles looked up at me. I tried to nonchalantly walk to the back of the cubicle area to grab an empty cubicle and they were all full. The people in the back cubicles were giving me wicked stink eye, so I turned and nonchalantly walked out -- with the reception people (one who is the manager at the bank branch we bank at, LOL) also giving me the stink eye. I felt so defeated, like such a failure. I'd waited too long to ask my superiors for help with the project. It felt akin to that 8:00 a.m. Monday/Wednesday/Friday gen ed class that you blow off too much and then try to slink back in to find out where everyone is on the syllabus only to find out that you are hopelessly behind. Okay, wise YMers, what is my subconscious trying to tell me?

You have a deep fear of missing out. Even though you know you should get ready ahead of time, your failure to prepare has made you uncertain and anxious about your future. Deep down you know if you don’t get it together, you will spend the rest of your life walking the streets in kitten heels looking for a John with a waterbed 🙂

I though of this except that it has nothing to do with the OP
"I’ll let you be in my dreams if I can be in yours" Bob Dylan said that in World War III Blues: One of my favs by him!! Won't post video though. Not everyone is a Dylan fan like me.
