According to my local news:
The OLCC (Oregon Liquor Commission), the OHA (Oregon Health Authority) and Moda (a large insurance company) came together to request that local distilleries start producing 20,000 gallons/ week of hand sanitizer.

No need for drinkable alcohol when weed's legal.

Isolated distilleries have been making it for weeks. This is the first push to organize and produce in volume.

No need for drinkable alcohol when weed's legal. But the alcohol won't compromise my lungs.

The news clip I watched showed it being put in 1 gallon plastic jugs. Not sure of the label.
I did some research to see how they were making it non consumable or what other ingredient were going in, but couldn't find anything.

Some local distilleries have been doing this. There bottles are small, and mostly going to first responders. They are labeled with the ingredients; mostly seem to be about 60-70% alcohol, aloe or something similar, and a thickener.

They have been doing that here in Michigan as well. Might as well, they have all the right equipment and can make thousands of gallons a week (we have many distillery’s in the state). They are using their own labels and suspect it might be a new product for them.
