Depending on how long this lasts, I may just go gray. This is my excuse. I will have to have my stylist color all my hair to match my real color, but if I miss a couple of appointments I will have enough grow in to know what color it actually is.

Mine will just grow, it's already long. I was in need of a haircut before this. Now I'm in the long, crazy hair camp. It needs thinned, trimmed something. But I'm home all the time so who cares. When I go out for groceries, it's usually clipped up anyway.
If it goes through the end of April, I will have to do something to my DH's hair. We have a trimmer kit and scissors. I used to cut my college boyfriend's hair. It was pretty much the same style.

I've never dyed my hair, and it's pretty grey right now, a bit streaky. I've been cutting it myself forever, so no change there, either.
DH likes his hair very short these days (shorter than I like) so he just buzzes it himself and I clean up the edges for him.
DS4 and DS5 have super curly hair that they haven't cut in ages, it's mostly tight ringlets or near dreds. They occasionally pull it back in a bun (more a pony, but looks like a bun because it's a pouf).

There's quite a few of DS5's male friends that already have long hair. I mean, ponytail at the back of the neck that's at least down to the middle of the back long.
That might become a bigger trend, too.

I needed a hair cut before the closings so I'm stuck with whatever it looks like. I haven't shaved lately and my wife doesn't like that look.

I see these making a huge comeback! Lol, I was just telling my DH that my dad used to use one of these, and I was wondering if I could still find it in the house for my DH to use.

DH cuts his own hair so he won’t care. DD and I almost got our hair cut before everything was shut down and we didn’t. Didn’t feel like it really. Neither of us has bangs anyway but if we did, I could still cut them. DD mentioned yesterday that her hair is at the perfect length. I’ve noticed more gray in my hair but it’s sprinkled throughout (it’s still 99% my usual hair color). I have contemplated getting some temporary hair color and coloring my hair though. The only ones that would see it is my DH and DD. Most likely, I’m working from home for the rest of the month as it is.

I'm almost in need of a haircut but will let it grow. I have scissors in the bathroom that I can trim bangs when needed. Even though I'm 78 I've never colored my hair. I've been one of the lucky ones being a natural tow-head (very blond) all of my life and now my hair color is sorta ash blond with white streaks in it. AZ has said that hair salons, spas, nails salons, barbers, etc are not essential services. Now we will see the real color of some of our elected officials. I know Nancy Pelosi is from Calif, but she comes to mind, along with Kirsten Sienema

I'll just buy one of these sets and cut my own. In the summer months I like my head almost shaved anyway. I'll cut my hair outdoors so no clean up in the house. DH uses this too. He cuts his every Sunday.

I had a hair appointment on March 6, one week before my county shut down non-essential businesses. I am feeling pretty smart. I would be due back in May but if it goes longer I will be fine and won't look too unkempt. I don't color my hair but now that I'm home all the time I am really tempted to put in some temporary color, though my stylist and stylist friends would kill me. Husband got a hair cut around the same time as I did but he goes much more frequently than I do. So long as he keeps up with his beard trimming then I can deal with longer hair. Maybe I'll start playing around with his pomades and style it out of boredom one day. Now I am envisioning ponytails, colored barrettes, scrunchies and the like!

The only reason I keep coloring my hair is because DH, age 66, has NO gray. I refuse to look older than him.

DD and I tried to get in when we saw it coming but couldn't. One of the last things hubs did a couple weeks ago was get a haircut, he found a shop open so he is still ok.
I have color for DD, but I like what is coming in for hers. Also I think our hair needs a rest from dye, it is hard on our hair. Mine had been really short and awful so growing won't hurt it. I am thinking of just cutting along the back of it and shortening it a bit. Right now rolling it every couple of days, so still ok.
Hubs was looking at some of the women news commentators, saying they look different. I told him, they were working from home and doubtful they had the people there that did their makeup for telly, so they won't look as good. We may see what some really look like, LOL!

My hair is cut such that it is just the same style in different lengths. It is not so much that it is too long or overgrown, but my hair is so thick that the mass of it just gets to be too much. When I have to spend over 20 min with my blow dryer, it is too much. That was where I was when we got back from South America because my hairdresser was out having surgery before I left and I couldn’t get in.
The one advantage when it gets that long is that I can just French braid it back to keep it under control. It was just as well because both Argentina and Brazil were so warm, I wanted to keep it pulled back. Anyway, I got about 6” lopped off when I got back, so am good for awhile. I can trim up the hair around my face too.

He cuts his every Sunday. Same with DH here. Except he refuses to go outside and he only cuts it when the Bozo sides start growing in. He wanted a Flowbee. He doesn't have enough hair anymore to justify one of those. My hair has been going silver, I refuse to say gray, for a while now. I can't afford to get it colored the way I want and it's too short anyway. I'm contemplating just shaving it all off because apparently my hair is fine but thick and it makes my roots hurt if it gets too long. Stupidest thing ever.

My usual style is 2 to 3 inches long, cut every 7 weeks. I was due 3.13 which is when wr hunkered down. It kinda looks like carrots only I'm not as cute lol. Dd11 said she understands now why I like it so short. It's rather unruly right now.
I found my first gray on my 21st bday and that was 20 yrs ago. Ive been dying it at home for about 15 yrs. The gray isnt helping my current look. I dont mind using the kids headbands and claw clips.

My grandmother was still more dark than grey well into her 70s. It appears I have my grandmother’s genes. So through this single female lineage, early grey seems to skip a generation.

Have a friend in Denver who owns a salon that caters to well to do clients.
While her shop is closed, she is still doing hair of the rich and famous of Denver.

Just today, I colored my own hair. I haven’t done that in at least 15 years. It came out pretty good, but man what a pain. I have A LOT of hair, and it’s long. It takes 2 boxes to get it all and it takes a long time to get the hair color on. It felt like an all day ordeal. But the gray is covered, which is all that matters.
im not cutting my own hair, tho. It’s past my shoulders, and it can just grow until salons are back open. I’m not due for a cut until the end of May anyway, so I have time.

Lucky for me, I decided to go natural with my hair a couple of years ago. If I were still relaxing my hair, I’d be in a jam. I know how to relax my hair myself, but I haven’t done it myself in over 10 years, at least. My wonky shoulder doesn’t like my arm being up for long.
Also lucky for me, I’d already decided to let my short haircut grow out. All I need is a line up, to clean up the hair that grows down the back of my neck. I can do that myself. Not as precise as my barber, but good enough.
I did want to get some more color this spring. I only have color on the ends of my hair now. I’ve had color since I was in middle school. I don’t color to hide gray hair though. I have some gray strands throughout my hair, but I don’t really care about that. I just like color because it’s fun.
DBF shaves his head, so he’s ok. He’s been wanting to find a barber to keep his beard trimmed, but it looks like he’s still on his own with that for a while. I just hope he doesn’t get so tired of dealing with it that he shaves it off. I love his beard.

It's on my "don't sweat the small stuff" list. It's been an honest grey for years and it's cut chin-length with no layering. I'm a little overdue for a cut but don't care. I do feel very bad for the stylists, who have no income if they have no clients. Both my granddaughters need haircuts- the 3-year old just now has enough that it should be trimmed so this would be her first. And as soon as Shear Madness opens up again I'll take them there.

I luckily got my hair cut right before everything shut down. I don't color my hair. I can be fine for months as far as my hair goes. It's not ideal, but it won't be the end of the world. It's pretty long already.

I've been Keratining my really curly hair for the past few years. It's currently straight, wavy and curly in different sections. The choppy haircut looked so good when I first had a cut and keratin. Now I closely resemble the kid from Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome. And its too short to put in a ponytail.

Well we know trump isn't blond anymore. We see his white hair when the wind blows what hair he has left. Both trump and Pelosi can afford to have a hsir colorist and stylist come to their homes.

ISO shaved his head for the first time today. Apparently he had been thinking about it for a while and this just pushed him that last bit. It looks ok. I want to dye my hair but I don't know what brand to use. What do the ladies that do it themselves like?
