In a better world, such a venting would result in a large and expensive floral delivery to Ms. Waters' office with a note attached, which was signed "Tony".

Wasn't trump declaring victory when he stopped that one person returning from China to enter the country? Jan. 22: On whether he was worried about a pandemic: “No, we’re not at all. And we have it totally under control. It’s one person coming in from China.” What's behind Trump's striking reversal on the coronavirus timeline?President Donald Trump on Monday optimistically declared that “it’s going to be a month of achievement” for the country even as he asked the extended strict social distancing guidelines for another month as the nation stares down the sober reality that 100-200 thousand Americans could die from the virus. “Nothing would be worse than declaring victory before the victory is won. That would be the greatest loss of all,” Trump told reporters Sunday in the Rose Garden. What's behind Trump's striking reversal on the coronavirus timeline?

100-240k is based on national self quarantine, and minimal operations.
six states have no shelter in place regulations. another 10 have only partials, including Texas.
those states will have 10x the infection rate, if they don't get it together.

Ga., Fl., Tx. & Mo. are going to get hit hard due to some stupid governors that can't seem to act on their own.
They should never have run for any government office if they weren't willing to ACT when necessary no matter what anyone else did or said. They have no business having so much control over who will live or die!

As a citizen of Florida, and a senior to boot, and not just one slightly reaching that level.....I concur mightily

They have no business having so much control over who will live or die! I live in KS but can see MO from my front porch. They have triple the cases we do. I have to wonder how much lower our count would be if they weren't so close. Lots of people live in one state and work in the other, myself included. Not everyone can work at home like I can.

Ok should be interesting, I saw someone on this morning saying its going to be bad there. You think? The moron governor was just telling everyone the other day party, go to restaurants, shop, whatever and had he and his family doing it on tellie. He was just following trumps advice what do folks expect?

Fl. is finally putting out a 30 day stay-at-home...now they need to close ALL the beaches...only some have been closed.
Now it's way past time for the Ga. governor to do the same...get some balls Kemp. Jeeezze….I'll bet Stacey Abrams would have shut this state down before so many had gotten this virus & so many had died.
We all need to really pay attention to how our state's governors are handling this crisis. If they can't do it without an ok from DT...they have no business in that position.
And our lovely Ga. Senator also sold more stocks & invested in companies making items to fight the virus...you know, that tall, leggy blonde that needs to go back where she came from.
