We have been talking about how we make that decision should we get to that point. Not going to be pretty if we do

This is already happening in NYC today. The NY Times has an article about people dying in ER before they can even see a doctor. The peak of the surge is THREE WEEKS away and the death toll doubles daily. "13 Deaths in a Day: An ‘Apocalyptic’ Coronavirus Surge at an N.Y.C. Hospital" www.nytimes.com/2020/03/25/nyregion/nyc-coronavirus-hospitals.html

Cannot verify that. The next few days will tell if true.

but hey, let's be raring to go by Easter. 🤬 Yep, because the invisible good forces will keep those who believe in them safe. aka all of the Great Orange One's followers... Well, I’m one who does believe in “an invisible force”. But I also believe that “invisible force” gave us humans common sense, or since common sense seems to be sorely lacking these days.... at least the ability to understand logic, math and science, even when science contradicts what we believe about this invisible force..... I do get how that can be used against us. Anyway, this “invisible force” also absolutely did not absolve of us personal responsibility. Still I am not a fan or follower of this Great One you mention. Nor do I believe AT ALL that we should make all the social distancing and other measures that have been put in place to try to slow this virus down, go away by or on Easter morning, so people can go to church to celebrate or do whatever. That’s crazy talk.

What is NOT funny.
Yesterday I saw the estimates for deaths from this crisis for my town and the next town. This was in an audio conference for local budget planning, and the impact that it would have on town budgets. What a dry topic for such a terrifying projection! Anyway, in my little town, using averages gleaned from stats on this virus culled so far, the deaths were projected to be between 80-100. The next town over, where my business is, would be almost 300. Jesus Christ.
So, I didn't bring this up in meeting, but I think we will do BETTER than average. We are small towns, and spread out. Though many of us are older- which is a strike against- many have also remained isolated longer in part because of that. We are in the second most virulent county in the state, so I may be optimistic, but I hope for the best, and urge people to follow protocol.
For the record, what I DID say was that I thought the immediate budget impact would be low, because even though some taxes would be held up in probate, they would be paid. More important was some cash reserve to deal with that. Longer term the impact was unknown, due to things like possible decreased valuation and/ or auto registration, but probably slow to manifest and easier to manage. What a conversation.
