Sounds like a hick way to say Kansas is a hick state with no international businesses and little if any tourism - local or international.
So, maybe since Kansas is mostly cornfields? and since few people live there? and since no one willingly goes there? the poor people who do live there have little worry about. It's not like they actually USE toilet paper in their outhouses, right?

There really isn't much of anything there other than one of the universities.

It really doesn't matter what is there in that county or not there....it's the mentality that it takes to come up with something like what this guy said....OMG! Not sure I'd want anyone I know to attend any school in that area...or university!

No, I've never been there...but then I live in "Bubba" country Ga...so yes, I get it. I don't want anyone I know to go to school around here either! There are many around here that are of about the same mind set/mentality!

Well, I live in bubbaville, Indiana, too, so we have a lot of weird sentiment here too. Indiana's educational system is sinking under the tutelage of repub people. It's just so sad, we have RTW now and wages have sunk too. We are almost to the bottom of educational systems in the US something like 48th now right up there with Louisiana and some of those. So sad.
