If you've been "sheltering at home" and limiting your contact with people for the last 7 or 8 days... and you are still feeling well... NOW is the time to commit to really limiting your access to other people. I'd tuff out NOT going to grocery for next 7 to 10 days or anywhere else. Hopefully you don't need medications from the drug store. I suspect very many people walking right now in public areas are feeling fine and have the virus at this point and are shedding it where ever they go.
Now is NOT the time to become lax (or start going out and about) thinking it's past and all is well.
