I am for the first time ever hitting my sleep goal for Fitbit regularly during the work week. That was about the only positive last week. It was hard mentally for me.
Sunday I regrouped and came up with some strategies for this week. I'm 50-50 on implementation today but I'm trying.
I'm trying hard this week to keep close to my normal hours and not let work spill over into my time just because I'm already at home.

Working from home 4 days a week and in the office 1. Getting a little more sleep in, seeing my kids in the mornings now, prepping more food for dinner while I'm home during the day. Also keeping a better eye on our home construction since I'm about a half mile away instead of 40 miles away.
Setting up shop at the kitchen table as opposed to the home office as I've done in the past...this has meant I have to set up each morning when the kids leave and take it down each night before the kids get home. Keeps me from bleeding work into home time...we'll see how long this feels sustainable given the setup and take-down daily.
Other than that, not a lot different. We already used grocery pickup, I already didn't want to be around people. Some new procedures at daycare and my wife doesn't have to work any weekends at the bank anymore because they only have drive-up offered and some of the part-time folks want the extra hours.
It's honestly kind of nice...I don't have to make up reasons not to see people I don't want to see anymore.

First, please tell me how you’re doing, how you’re feeling. I’ve been concerned about you since you posted that you think you probably have the virus, and why. Thank you Pink! I am feeling better. I used an aggressive regime of herbal remedies. I know many poopoo such so I won't detail, but I am happy to share if any are interested. Our initial symptoms were a bone deep fatigue. DS said he had never been so tired in his life. If you are wiped out for no apparent reason hours before bedtime, and it lasts for several and more days, I'd be concerned. I still have a cough and slight heaviness in my lungs, still mild, no concerns there. But the fatigue lifted and I feel like I have a personality again. Would you share? I'm glad you are feeling better. It is a scary thought to have this nasty virus :-(

We didn't leave the house much to begin with, but it is still weird. DD and I still have the remnants of a cold, so I don't want to go out and upset people. DD is bummed, which is understandable. Prom has been canceled and graduation most likely will follow.
Losing a little bit of weight, because we ate 3ish times a week and now are really trying to stretch the food we have. We ran out of bread first and have started making our own. We are really mindful to not wasting any food, so the meat in any meal has been reduced to 1/2. Leftovers are eaten or repurposed into another meal.
I find that I am losing track of what day it is. I stopped watching the news, because it is too depressing. I watched a lot in the beginning, but there doesn't seem to be anything new. I am thankful for streaming and watching nice lite shows. I am reading, playing with the dog, staining my furniture kits, working out, and hanging out here. You guys are great and it is nice to hear how everyone is doing.

That's not doing your immune system any good.

I have 2 loaded guns in the house. One close to the front door, one back in the bedroom night stand. "nuf said."

... Women get it, men don't and show no concept of distancing and respect. ... Not my experience. Some human beings get it, some don't. Genitalia doesn't seem to be the determining factor in my world.

We are retired and at our winter AZ home. Our neighbors are flooding home. The Canadians are self-isolated for 14 days.
Gone: All sport courts, eating out weekly and pot lucks. Replaced with walking or biking outside. The golf course is still open but that has increased our weekly costs. Not eating out will balance that out. The gc is closed to outsiders. I thought the resort was closed but H. said no. The usual influx of grand kids visiting gramma has reduced significantly.
I was called for jury duty up north. I sent a letter. I have been put on deck for 8-26-2020. Soon, I won't be called because of age. I internet a lot and watch TV. I am also reading and continuing daily devotions. And the usual that we all do, planning food/shopping, cooking/eating/cleaning up, cleaning house, sleeping, laundry.

One of my neighbors winters over somewhere in the south. I noticed he came home the other day and is now hunkered down up here.

My DD takes public transportation to get to her job. They're shutting down the route later this week, so she'll have to drive, and pay for parking. It won't be very economical, but at least she won't be exposed to as many germs.

Only thing that's really changed is I'm working from home now. DH hasn't left the house in months anyways so he's squared away. His mother's facility sent out a short little video of her saying hi to her kids since visitors are banned. He got teary. I'm catching up on reading. Lots and lots of reading. I could go out and work in the yard but seeing as it is currently snowing, no.
