if he knew it was a pandemic in January, why didn't he voice that?
he could have saved 100 Americans.

Here is a timeline of Trump’s comments on coronavirus: Feb. 7 (tweet): ”… as the weather starts to warm & the virus hopefully becomes weaker, and then gone.” Feb. 10: “I think the virus is going to be — it’s going to be fine.” Feb. 14: “We have a very small number of people in the country, right now, with it. It’s like around 12. Many of them are getting better. Some are fully recovered already. So we’re in very good shape.” Feb. 19: “I think it’s going to work out fine. I think when we get into April, in the warmer weather, that has a very negative effect on that and that type of a virus. So let’s see what happens, but I think it’s going to work out fine.” Feb. 24 (tweet): “The Coronavirus is very much under control in the USA. … Stock Market starting to look very good to me!” Feb. 25: “You may ask about the coronavirus, which is very well under control in our country. We have very few people with it, and the people that have it are … getting better. They’re all getting better. … As far as what we’re doing with the new virus, I think that we’re doing a great job.” Feb. 26: “Because of all we’ve done, the risk to the American people remains very low. … When you have 15 people, and the 15 within a couple of days is going to be down to close to zero. That’s a pretty good job we’ve done.” Feb. 28: “I think it’s really going well. … We’re prepared for the worst, but we think we’re going to be very fortunate.” Feb. 28: “It’s going to disappear. One day, it’s like a miracle, it will disappear.” Feb. 28: “This is their new hoax.” March 4: “Some people will have this at a very light level and won’t even go to a doctor or hospital, and they’ll get better. There are many people like that.” March 9 (tweet): “So last year 37,000 Americans died from the common Flu. It averages between 27,000 and 70,000 per year. Nothing is shut down, life & the economy go on. At this moment there are 546 confirmed cases of CoronaVirus, with 22 deaths. Think about that!” March 10: “And it hit the world. And we’re prepared, and we’re doing a great job with it. And it will go away. Just stay calm. It will go away.” March 11: “I think we’re going to get through it very well.” March 12: “It’s going to go away. ... The United States, because of what I did and what the administration did with China, we have 32 deaths at this point … when you look at the kind of numbers that you’re seeing coming out of other countries, it’s pretty amazing when you think of it.” March 15: “This is a very contagious virus. It’s incredible. But it’s something that we have tremendous control over.” www.cnbc.com/2020/03/17/trump-dissed-coronavirus-pandemic-worry-now-claims-he-warned-about-it.htmlSure. Tremendous control. 6300 new cases later, and it's chaos....no masks. not enough tests, not enough medical equipment and supplies, no ventilators, the country on lockdown....... Dumbass.

He is on a better path now. His early path will cost many more lives than the 100 already lost I am afraid.

It was a pandemic hoax driven by the dems and the fake news media (sad!) to thwart his re-election.

Of course he's lying. If it were the truth, then he's a bigger monster than I thought. I'd rather think he was an incompetent ass than a monster.

He was just saying that to rile up the democrats. Ha ha look at how high they jumped! Look at all those liberals beating each other up over toilet paper! Isn't it hysterical how he can push people's buttons so easily?!

He just has to be out front to feed the narcissism but he’s such an ignorant sack he should shut his face and let the professionals take care of this.

I’m enjoying the mature and measured responses I’m seeing from NY governor Andrew Cuomo. Find myself wishing HE was our current POTUS. Maybe he’ll run next time but wish he was in the mix for 2020.

He was just blowing smoke - so he and his cronies could cash in on the virus testing, etc.
He successfully misdirected everyone from what he and cronies (family ) were doing.
I wish this man would go away.

I suspect even at this moment several PACS are putting together some ads illustrating this exact time line that will hit the airwaves around September when we’ll all be pretty damn sick of this virus and this president. Won’t register with the trump devotees but will resonate with independents and anyone who has lost someone to the virus, I bet.

When it comes to brushing off urgency measures, however, nobody did so more brazenly than Rush Limbaugh. The right-wing radio host spent days ridiculing responses to the virus. In one episode alone, on March 12, he called sports leagues "wimps" for shutting down; promised to keep traveling; accused Democrats of conspiring to shut down Trump rallies; also accused Democrats of trying to use the virus as an excuse to cancel the rest of their presidential primaries; urged listeners to stop watching the news; and said the deaths are being blown out of proportion. "How many deaths are we talking about? And yet we are reacting this way?," Limbaugh fumed. "We're wrecking the United States economy … I don't like all these shutdowns. I think this is so overblown. But remember, this is political." www.cbc.ca/news/world/maga-memo-virus-1.5501024Well, give this idiot a medal! Oh, wait......

He knew it was a pandemic all along...... even before the WHO labelled it as such.
Then why wasn't he quietly instructing companies to ramp up production of masks, tests and ventilators?
He's SUCH a liar. His sycophants fall for his lies Every Single Time. Tired of winning, yet?

We now have our own FDR. Government response updates: Trump calls himself 'wartime president'President Donald Trump on Wednesday started his latest briefing to the nation on how the government is responding to the coronavirus crisis by saying, "I would like to begin by announcing some important developments in our war against the Chinese virus," again casting the effort in military terms and referring to the disease with a term that has sparked backlash. Trump called himself "in a sense, a wartime president." Government response updates: Trump calls himself 'wartime president'FDR wasn't an asshole.

Well for someone who thought fending off STDs was the equivalent of serving in Vietnam I can see how he thinks he’s fighting a war against an Asian assassin.

MADISON - A Republican state senator is asking Gov. Tony Evers to ease a ban on gatherings of 10 people or more aimed at containing the coronavirus, saying the restrictions prevent residents from going to church and exercising their religious rights.
Sen. David Craig, of Big Bend, penned the letter to Evers Tuesday, the same day the governor directed Health Services Secretary Andrea Palm to close malls, bars and restaurants and limit gatherings to no more than 10 people. The order effectively shutters churches, theaters, fitness centers and numerous other places

It's called the internet people. Churches certainly aren't hurting because they need to pay rent or anything on their buildings so it's not like they need patrons or go under unlike other businesses that are having to close.
If I was a small business owner who had to close and saw this I'd be seeing red.
