It's not quite Lock Down with so many exceptions for food, hardware, medical even pet needs.
I can even keep hiking so long as I keep 6' from my friends. I don't know how the police can enforce the order.
I think my greatest exposure so far was going on a gin run with DH with the lines stretching all the way to the back of the store. No one was keeping social distance or wiping off the pin pad. I think I'll have to turn into the character Monk and keep a constant supply of wipes. But I have to say that everyone was very polite, some trying to lighten things up.
So far my only direct impacts are that my gym classes are cancelled, my Open Space Committee Meeting cancelled, and my CPA's office closed before I could file my taxes. I also need to pay property taxes and I need to figure out how to do that on-line.
My heart goes out to those trying to run restaurants and other businesses to support their families and to the parents of school aged children.
Buckle up it's going to be a bumpy ride!

Hope you handle it well! Good that you can still hike; that will be so important for sanity!
I'm in southeastern PA and my county already started to shut down on Friday (we have the most cases in the state, yay) so I have a few days of isolation practice ahead of the rest of the state. We did get food and alcohol over the weekend, and did go for a walk on Sunday. So long as we have nice weather I can go for walks. I have my home workout routine down.
Restaurants are open for delivery or takeout only so I'm going to be ordering out a few times a week to support.
All my committee meetings and other obligations have been canceled indefinitely, and we are going to hold our next council meeting with a quorum (4 of us instead of 7) just so we can vote on paying bills and salaries.

Yeah, for us (young retirees ages 58 and 61) it's going to be inconvenient, probably not catastrophic. I AM high-risk however, given my asthma but otherwise am in good shape.
Our portfolio took a big hit and we think we'll take a big hit on income too. We have oil royalties and I think some companies will suspend paying dividends for a while. But we have two years of cash sitting in a bank account. That's what an EF is for.

Saw that homeless will be allowed to stay on streets Seems crazy that not putting these people into large areas (maybe tents?). Possible big reservoir of people who get infected

It's complicated with a lot of factors, but they are trying very hard not to just let them stay on the streets.

There are so many people who search for their loved ones constantly because they don't stay put. It's heart breaking.

Then there was the man in Kentucky, was positive, released from the hospital and told to self quarantine and refused. The gov of KY has two deputies parked in front of his house to enforce the quarantine.

... No one was keeping social distance or wiping off the pin pad. I think I'll have to turn into the character Monk and keep a constant supply of wipes. ... Our one local grocery store crowd is generally doing a good job of working to keep social distance from what I have observed. It does not have a large number of checkout lanes and has always had a hard time with enough checkers. It is very busy these days so the lines are longer (i.e. have more people in them) - but even longer (i.e. covering a greater distance) so it seems that much worse. As far as the pin pads etc, it is my understand that one doesn't get the virus through skin exposure but through breathing it in. My goal is to keep my home a virus free zone. I make sure I keep my hands away from my face when out and about and the first thing I do when I walk in the door is wash my hands.

There are so many people who search for their loved ones constantly because they don't stay put. It's heart breaking. Even worse, in NY a family found a daughter on the streets who was quite mentally ill. Put her in mental hospital where she was medicated and recovering. She didn’t want to be there and returned to streets where family again tried to help her. The ACLU took up her case and argued it was her right to stay on street homeless. So family has heartbreak of not being able to help her

Looks like they added Montery County and another to the shelter-in-place order.
