Starting a thread about 2020 which seems to be a big year. So please report new and interesting things you are doing.
Its 2020, and I just bought my first smart phone. I've been without cell phone service for about 2 1/4 yrs.

I adopted/rescued a 6 mo. old male skinny pig. He of course has many names because he's pretty verbal and loud. His official name at the vet is Gary Skinny Pig. But I call him Moonshadow and Thumper among other names.
I've had him for about a month.

I got a Honda Accord yesterday. 😁 Such a relief to be able to go where and when I want again.
I learned to take our "new" public transit/light rail system.

I got a Honda Accord yesterday. 😁 Such a relief to be able to go where and when I want again. I learned to take our "new" public transit/light rail system. Charging stations are appearing in my area. One guy was charging his car, a Honda, and I quizzed him about it. I forget the model, but I'd love to be able to purchase something like that. Allegedly there will be a $7500 credit for electric charging cars and he was able to get his for $30K or under. Hope to do some car looking/shopping once my eye is better and they allow me back at work.

How do you like it? I hear the diesel models get much better gas mileage.

How do you like it? I hear the diesel models get much better gas mileage. I love it. Most of my driving is on the highway and I have been averaging 36 mpg. Unfortunately they stopped selling them in the US in 2018 because they just weren’t selling here, although they are very popular in Europe. That also means they are also way undervalued, when compared to gas models. You would never know it was a diesel if you didn’t look at the trunk badge.

Me too! I got the electric i3. So, that is two new things. I also finished my bedroom project, which I started like 9 years ago. And I just started the basement project I talked about on another thread. I'm aiming for a faster completion rate. 🙃
