The chart with weekly bars is not extremely overbought but I think there is more downside. The chart with daily bars has entered oversold territory.

I have a meeting this afternoon that starts about the time the market closes. I have no idea how long it will last but I am hoping to get the results posted soon after we finish. I also have a late meeting on Wednesday and several meetings next week. My posting times are likely to be as volatile as the current market.

the markets hate uncertainty. but they like lower interest rates.

there seems to be a lot of support for the dow around 24-25k.

but it might not hold.

I think gold should do pretty well this week.

but I am guilty of saying that fairly often.
