Peter Strzok and Lisa Page are at fault. If they hadn't had an affair, and emailed each other about trump, the dive in the stock market today would not have happened. #FACT

If he’s so worried why is he proposing major cuts to the WHO and CDC?
The U.S. contributes about 2.5% of the World Health Organization’s overall $4.8 billion budget, and Trump’s proposal calls for a $65 million cut to the group; if enacted, the U.S.’ contribution would be reduced by over 40%.

I'm very glad I just got a free upgrade to a balcony on my cruise that leaves in a little less than 2 weeks.

No - mostly because from all I've read none of the ones you an easily buy are actually effective, but I have fresh air if we're quarantined! It's out of Puerto Rico to the Caribbean so I'm not super worried.

Yeah, now trump is wanting $2.5 billion for this pandemic. What are they going to do with it build more wall?
He got rid of an excellent organization Obama set up and trump and company has nothing. He deserves whatever happens but the people of this country does not.
They have people coming down with it at St Antonio and don't have anyplace set up to put them. Noone down there from what I read knows what to do. Can you imagine hundreds coming down with it, with nothing set up, its going to go like wildfire in this country. 'm not planning on trips or being out and about more then I have to for awhile.
I mean you do what you wish, but honestly right now I would not be going on a trip to some foreign country. You have no idea if those countries are reporting honestly or even know if they have cases.

I'm blaming the crash on Trump.
Why not? He takes all the credit for when it's up.

trump is the embodiment of the coronavirus. Will we get smacked down if we call him "THE Coronavirus?"

So my selfish question is: Where is this market going to bottom out so I know when to buy?

After the kudlow remarks, the cdc remarks and azars remarks none of which jive, you just know the market is going to surge tomorrow. Oh and trump saying its taken care of, some of his toadies were on radio today saying how trump has it all under control. So no problem its under control.
Congress is wanting a pandemic czar put over it. Let's see who is the least qualified person he could find, ivanka or jared.
In the meantime, glad I have food, masks, supplies, and money put back. Even hubs said we could survive for some time not going out. But I would sure miss fresh veggies for awhile.

I heard that said it was the democrats fault. But those high flyers can come into contact with it from all their servants. Could likely come in contact quicker then us common folk.

The stock of my favorite cruise line is almost at a 5 year low. I'm debating buying some because if you own 100 stocks they give you $100 obc each 7 day cruise you take. I took 2 with them last year, so could have gotten $200. Current price is good but it would still take a chunk out of my savings that was decimated recently due to an HOA assessment. But it'll be mighty tempting if the price drops under $30.

I think out of all vacations, cruises are going to be the hardest hit over the coronavirus. Of course, I could be way off base

This morning I asked my mom, an intelligent (in most ways) and skilled retired RN who had the passion and ability to have become a doctor if the opportunity had been available to her back in the day, what was her opinion of the coronavirus. What I was looking for was a medical assessment on how serious she thought it was...i.e. is it comparable to the common flu, etc? I should've been more specific, because what I got right off the bat was a claim that it was a biological warfare agent that somehow escaped the Chinese research labs. This is another sad example of how being a Trumpet morphs an otherwise intelligent individual, causing them to immediately grasp for the conspiracy theory despite their own level of expertise on the topic plus a complete lack of any evidence. So I told her what I always tell her in these situations. STOP WATCHING SO MUCH G-DAMN FOX NEWS!! (like that'll ever happen)

I don't worry about getting sick. But supply chain problems are real. Just workers not wanting to go back to the cities is enough to stop a lot of product from showing up here in the USA.

And by then stock prices will be high again. But if I can get in the stock for half price? They still have a bit to go before I'd consider buying it right now.
