Jewelry sets are a great idea!! Perhaps you could put them in nice boxes and offer gift wrapping for a small additional charge.

The reality is that anyone who can use the internet to find her website can easily google how to do it if they want. This is art! I can google how to build a kitchen table, it doesn't mean I want to do it as opposed to buying it from someone (and frankly, that's an example I wouldn't even have to google, I can do that already, but it doesn't mean I want to). There is very little risk in telling people how to do things like this anymore with the internet unless it's truly some unique thing you've invented in such a niche market that nobody has bothered to figure it out and post it online. If people are interested in how it is done, the goal should be to have them come to HER as opposed to going off and googling it and going to another site. They have regular classes around here on how to do stuff similar to what Shasta does. It's not a trade secret. Pretty stuff Shasta. Personally I wouldn't mind seeing jewelry sets like earrings/bracelets or earrings/necklace. Thank you. Sets of earrings and necklaces are in the future plan. I like the stainless steel findings and recently ordered some to make sets. I don't know about ornament sets because they will be fairly expensive. They have a fairly high cost to make because of the big glass cabochons. I've been playing with color shift paint and it's going to make some neat pieces. I've been seriously considering doing some local classes if I can find a location to host them. I'm not planning on doing local craft shows, so I don't have anything to lose by teaching locally. Many people who craft teach classes to make some cash and make connections. Since I don't really know anyone here, I thought it might be a good way to meet some people. I donated 5 necklaces today to an auction for someone locally who has a medical crisis their friends are raising money for. I hope to be able to do a lot of that in my new community.

I have finally gotten my website functional and all of my inventory work completed.
At this point, it's ready for more content and inventory to be added and is organized how I plan to leave it. (minus some photo changes, including some with a size reference.)
All of the linking works and I removed all of my sold items. I also removed a ton of tags to make the filtering options cleaner.
Photos are the bane of my existence. I need to use something other than my cheapo cell phone and find some sort of better setup than the lightbox I purchased. This is high on my list. Acrylic paint takes 4 weeks to cure, so I want to have a better setup for when my next batch of items are dry. I also want big/clean photos I can upload to sell products like prints.
Hoops suggested collections of ornaments. I decided to try out that idea with some smaller and less expensive glass pieces. For a lot less outlay I can make 3 or 6 smaller ornaments and put them in a nice container to sell as a set. So, I am going to play around with that.
Peace suggested jewelry sets in a nice box and I will also be creating some of those with the eye towards the holiday season.
I do plan to take the suggestion of raising my prices and will do so with the next batch of inventory I list.
As I have dry paintings to list in the future, I will also be putting them through one of the apps that shows how they look on a wall.

The link to my ebook is on the About Me page of my site. You can find it here. I only moved a small amount of sentimental material to tumble. And, I haven't taken enough trips here yet to find new material. I'll happily collect a batch of local agate/jasper this spring for your daughter if you want. There's also a ton of amazing obsidian variants in this area, but tumbling it isn't as simple as tumbling silicates and other types of rocks because you are essentially polishing glass. I've ran a few batches in my tumbler. You need to run at least 3 grit sizes and a polish batch. Each stage needs to run for a minimum of 1 week. It's also imperative to run batches of rocks that are all the same mohs hardness or the harder rocks pulverize the softer and all the sand ruins the harder rocks's polish. I've bought some tumbling rough from The Rock Shed in the past. www.therockshed.com/crushedrock.htmlTheir softer mixes would tumble faster, the hard mixes like agate/jasper take longer.
