I'm not sure if there are Republicans actually mad about the Democrat reaction. But when I first read the budget highlights, it certainly came off as a big "F U" to the Democrats who had just impeached him. Like he wasn't even going to try to submit something realistic. FU to the democrats? What about all the fly over country Trumpetts that get by on SS and maybe some VA or a small pension? He's pulling the rug right out from under a big chunk of middle America. from his disadvantaged (ie, poor, disabled) supporters. Fixed. Doesn't bother me, any, here in the north. I only donate super local.
Oh well. Maybe when people figure out that having the gov't provide food and disability benefits is more advantageous than being able to wave a gun where ever one goes...they will make different choices... Or maybe not. Maybe guns ARE more important than food and shelter. Or maybe they will use guns to prop up their make-shift housing when they can't make rent ...That's not my circus, not my monkeys.
From here:https://www.ssa.gov/policy/docs/statcomps/di_asr/2016/sect01.htmlAnd whadda you know, in Alabama 35% of folks getting food stamps are dealing with disabilities..
And whadda you know, the budget is going to hit folks on disabilities and food stamps really hard.
That's Ok, right? Maybe going hungry will put a little fire in the bellies of the disabled to go out and do their share so they stop being leeches.

They had an agreement and Trump didn't honor it.
He reneges again. Too bad he isn't a man of his word.

Because he is a lying SOB. They will applaud their antichrist. I just shut out 3 repubs on my facebook, those people are insane. I didn't unfriend them but gave them 30 days off. They continue I will do it again. I can't stand it.
My husband has been trying to explain to one of the missing teeth, no insurance, can't make a living people locally that kisses trumps butt. Just sad.

Do you think it was a good budget? No one has seen it yet. Ahem. Again? Do you never do any research? Don't you even try? This time, I'll link you but I'm not your research assistant, OC. Before you run your fingertips, please try, at least, to know what the hell you're talking about! 2021 Budget

Kind of ironic for a president who ran a fake university to add into the education part of his budget, "Safeguards Students from Fraudulent Institutions."

EZ,, The democrat announced it was dead on arrival. {cough, cough} Ah-hem...{clearing throat} Ahh OC, not sure if u noticed but so did the GOP.... ---------------------------------------- "Yesterday, it appeared to be the latter. House Republicans overwhelmingly rejected Trump rather than siding with the Democratic leader, voting by a ratio of 2 to 1 against an agreement that exposes, once again, the president’s disinterest in fiscal restraint. The measure would lift the debt ceiling until 2021 and unlock spending caps in favor of higher funding levels for the military and domestic programs. Out of 197 Republicans, just more than two-thirds—132—voted against the deal, which was negotiated largely by Pelosi and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin." ----------------------------------------------- www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2019/07/trump-budget-republican-rebuke/594892/

Wait, what? Serious economic conditions? Just yesterday it was the greatest economy EVER. Oh well, guess they can get a second job and work 100 hours a week like conservatives say regular people can do. 'Serious economic conditions' demand cut to planned federal worker raise, Trump says The White House said in a message to Congress this week that Trump views the planned 2.5% pay increase for federal workers as “inappropriate,” noting that presidents can put in place alternate pay adjustment plans in case of “national emergency or serious economic conditions affecting the general welfare.” www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/serious-economic-conditions-demand-cut-to-planned-federal-worker-raise-trump-says/ar-BBZW6AB?ocid=spartandhp
