Too bad he's Catholic and Evangelicals believe Catholics aren't the "right" kind of people. He won't make the cut when the Evangelical shit hits the fan.
and save the insults & do some research on Evangelicals and their views on Catholics & Jews. Evangelical vacation-missionaries send people to convert Jews in Israel & Catholics around the world because they believe, truly believe, that Jews & Catholics are going to hell if they don't become Evangelicals. So celebrate now because soon enough, this administration (and their supporters) will use him & then turn on him.
I was raised Catholic, and I still don't get it. Maybe because the Catholics are the SJW hippies of Christianity?

I was raised Catholic, and I still don't get it. Maybe because the Catholics are the SJW hippies of Christianity? Evangelical missionaries typically go to Hispanic/Catholic countries to convert Catholics. I don't understand all the reasons, but some of them are because Catholics pray to the Saints, not Jesus. And the whole "praying to an idol" nonsense. Also praying to Mary because a woman couldn't possibly be that important in Evangelical beliefs. Answering to/following the Pope, because again, Jesus>anyone on Earth. There's the prayer books vs the bible. Priests forgiving sins when that's only God's job.
Now on many of these things, Evangelicals can be called out for being hypocrites. They follow the Falwells, Grahams, & Olsteen like they are their own personal God on earth. They do all the judging on a person's worth & don't practice the "that's God's job" part of their own beliefs. Some Evangelical churches do communion, others freak out over it.

An old thread but SCOTUS refused to take up Nick Sandmann's libel case today. This should put an end to the little creep's money grab. SCOTUS refuses to take up Nick Sandmann's libel case against NYT, ABC, and CBS over Native American activist's 'sensory impressions' of March for Life encounterNick Sandmann, who at the time was a Covington Catholic student, appears in a screengrab taken from a video filed as an exhibit in federal court. In an orders list on Monday, the U.S. Supreme Court refused to take up Nick Sandmann’s case against the New York Times, CBS, ABC, Rolling Stone, and Gannett, bringing an end to his libel lawsuits against the media for its coverage of his encounter with Native American activist Nathan Phillips at the March for Life in Washington, D.C., back in 2019. After Sandmann filed his petition for a writ of certiorari in January, the media organizations the next month each waived the right to respond, the Supreme Court’s docket shows. In the petition, Sandmann’s lawyers maintained that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit was wrong to conclude media who reported Phillips’ account that Sandmann had “blocked [his] way and wouldn’t allow [him] to retreat” had published statements that were “protected opinions.” Rest of article here: SCOTUS refuses to take up Nick Sandmann's libel case against NYT, ABC, and CBS over Native American activist's 'sensory impressions' of March for Life encounter
