I don't have any one person as most admired. I admire people who try to help others. Without trying to profit out of the situation.

My grandfathers cousin, I’m not going to name a name because it is too closely tied personally.
He came from the exact same background as me, grew up working on the same farm I did, had zero help or business contacts and rose all the way to CEO of a Fortune 500 company.
What is amazing and in no way had anything to do with each other but it was the company I started working for right out of college and he joined a couple years later. I learned a lot from him.

I've gotta go with Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Hillary Clinton. I really appreciate how RBG fought for equal rights protections, arguing that equal rights work for all (one of her early cases was arguing for the rights of men to get survivor benefits). The goal was getting women on equal footing and she was able to get others to see how raising women up helped us all. I also admire her marriage with Marty Ginsburg; all ambitious women should have the kind of partnership they shared. I went to the Notorious RBG exhibit at the American Jewish History museum in Philly and it was amazing. Hillary came to national prominence when I was 11 years old, so she had a big role in my formative years. I learned it's okay to be ambitious and have goals, and that people will shit on you but you gotta keep on being the bad ass you know you are and work at those goals.
If Leslie Knope was a real person she would top the list.
