Breaking this down..... Saturday [/strike][/u][/ul][/span][/li][li] Send out[/li][/ul][/div][/quote][/quote]</strike></u></ul></span></li><li> </li></ul> Rukh, Inc- Paperwork for LLC
2 hours on report
</div></div></div> Sunday
Monday </div></div>ok - so putting most household stuff on hold right now (greying font). Will have to revisit/expand this weekend. Rukh inc is DONE for now. Likely there will be delays or cancellations on the other RI projects I expected this year. Those are all small compared to this one I finished yesterday. I thought I would love RI so much, but so far it's been extremely stressful. Even just having mild symptoms these past two weeks and worrying what would happen with client's project if I took a turn? With a company there is a boss and coworkers to take that over - but in this case there is no back up. I did love the billing! Doing pretty ok with other stuff...except for dayjob which I've been ignoring a bit. I did take a little time off as debt had suggested. Just 1/2 day. For right now, just going to try to keep kitchen as tidy as possible, catch up on day job stuff, and try to get something done research-wise. The two articles that I sent out I had already done the work on - it was just polishing up/proofing. Nothing else is that advanced so will take some time. I hope that having *finally* gotten one article doneenough that I was willing to send it out has built some skills that will facilitate the others getting done more quickly. Not sure if I should really look for jobs to apply to right now. So much on my plate. I hope I get my RI check quickly and that will pad up the EF and I'll feel a little more secure.

Going to the store is starting to freak me out too ohmomto2boys ... sounds like you took good precautions. We went out for a walk after my classes. I feel better.
Job 2 offered me another half day. I asked for a few days to confirm, but I basically accepted. It's a bit further, but the work is easier and there's much less marking. Job 1's attitude has left a very bad taste in my mouth.
Plus with all the oral exams being cancelled, I will need to do more hours next semester to try to make up some of that income.

I picked up my grocery order. I didn't have toilet paper on the list but all of my necessities were there.
A few things not there so I will have to decide whether to venture to the grocery store in the next town during senior hours.
I've got several days to decide.

Not quoting, but E reminds me of my SIL.
Two weeks ago she invited another friend and I over to play cards and drink mimosas. Nothing special, we do this fairly often.
I turned it down because I'd been exposed to the public and our other friend has really bad asthma. Not a good combination. I won't be seeing that friend until this is all over.
Then we find out that my niece has been home for a week with a fever!!! Are you freaking kidding me?!! My niece eventually got tested and it was negative. But she still can't go back to work until she has the blood test to see if she had it and recovered prior to testing. She's a fire dispatcher and they can't afford to risk any type of exposure at the station.

Got my auto insurance updated--forgot to call them when I got my new plates a few weeks ago. I have to call them back tomorrow, after the settlement for the house is officially official, to update my homeowners insurance.
Called my PCM to find out that the one Tricare assigned me isn't taking new patients. Had to find new PCM via Humana Military. The one I chose *is* taking new patients so now I'm connecting my printer (software-wise) to the computer so that I can print, fill out, scan, and email it all back to them. Thankfully, I don't need to see the doc. I just want to get my prescriptions updated to a local doctor in case I need refills. I imagine some protocols are a little relaxed with all that is going on i.e. I won't need to see actual specialists for the prescriptions that I've been taking for a decade or more.
I also updated brashopdirectory.com with a couple more stores that I was told about.

I had to tell my new next door neighbor that I wouldn't drive her over the bridge 1/2 mi away because she would be in the car with me.. I'd been isolated for 2 weeks while she was out to who knows where doing what for 2 weeks. She wasn't happy, but she's out of town now having a great time with SO. If she needs something when she comes back the answer will be no....not if I have to be that close to her.

Thanks friends. I literally don't know a single person who is "cheating" on their confinement. My friend D has had a fever for 12 days now. She called the ER yesterday, they told her as long as you can breathe normally, you're doing OK.

Here is my story on "needs". Mom's candy dish has been empty for over a week now. Every time I talk with her she mentions it. She didn't outright ask me to get her candy but she mentioned it enough that I moved our grocery store run up a few days. Mom is pretty self sufficient now but I'm still doing her grocery run to keep her out of the stores. The candy aisle was fairly picked over but I got her a bag of peanut M & M's and a bag of hershey easter eggs since they didn't have kisses. I told Mom the picking were pretty slim and that the shelves were fairly empty. Her reply was well I always go to Fred Meyer and they have the big bags there. I'm not going to Fred Meyer. I went to the local chain store, they have like 6 or 7 stores in our part of the state. They are a higher end store so I always feel like they are a little cleaner and I was the first person in the door today. I was even late signing on for work so I could be at the store when it first opened. We have pretty flex hours at the moment so it isn't an issue. Mom has only been to the grocery store once since her surgery so she doesn't really understand the lack of availability. On the other hand it wouldn't hurt her to be a little grateful that I made an effort to get her candy.

Sharon , long story short, your story is the same as mine ... some people are just clueless. Your mom because she's elderly and hasn't been able or hasn't needed to get out much recently (thanks to YOU!). My friend E because she's a nurse who is one of the only people who is actually ALLOWED to move freely these days. *SMH* Sharon you are a wonderful daughter (and grandma, and mom)

I agree you did the right thing Debthaven. You really have to be careful, especially when you are high-risk. You are right. That's not an emergency.

We are on extended stay at home through April 30th. I do not disagree with this decision.
Went to the doc's office today for follow up and all medical district staff were wearing masks. They are taking this very seriously as they should. I met with a new to me doctor, and we have started a plan of action with a 1 month follow up. I was out yesterday, and will play catch up here.

Iggy aka IG did you change your mind about being in the office? Or are there new directives? Sorry today has been so crazy that I haven't checked the news (neither US nor France).

Hi debthaven , the US President ordered it Sunday I believe it was. I'll continue coming to the office, with the doors locked and limited human contact. Most of my fellow agents, both internal and competitors, are doing this.

Stay safe Iggy. I don't get why you can't work from home my friend. Soon. I'm several physical stacks behind on work from when I was out ill earlier this month. And, come to think of it, it would be a perfect time for a staycation.

Larger size laundry detergent is not an emergency.
Sadly my state is not under stay at home orders. Our Governor refuses to order it and she is the only person who can order it in this state. The president can only advise, not order unless the order is for all of the states. I would welcome that order.
When I was in town today, I did drop off about 20 cans of cat food that are a flavor Lucy refuses to even taste. The donation box was located outside so all I did was put the food in the box.
This place has a pet pantry and I'm sure it will be used.
They are one of the feeding places for lunch for kids who are not in school. It was sad to see the tables lined up there. It was also sad to see the very empty parking lot. The other businesses in the shared parking lot are a normally busy Village Inn and several dental offices. All are closed.

Just found out that DH's cousin in the UK is in quarantine with suspected Covid 19. He's in quarantine with his 3 kids (who are all fine), because he's been alone at home with the kids for weeks while his wife was flying back and forth to Ireland to tend to her dying Dad. Her dad died last weekend. R got back from Ireland last night but is staying around the corner so she can continue to go to work. They are both doctors at the local hospital. This certainly puts the laundry detergent into perspective, doesn't it?! I texted E to ask if she'd found a solution ... she didn't answer. Some people are crazy.

All of you are doing well. Continuing to stay at home and away from people. If I can get started early tomorrow I may try to get to the walking track at the park. I need to walk and it is somewhat self-isolating as most walkers are staying away from others. So far that is the only time I left the house in the last 17 days. I went though several files and got rid of many unneeded items. Getting a little done at a time is not as overwhelming. And I feel as if I accomplished something. I am continuing the process of going though things a little at a time -- doing it is spurts. Have to decide what I should attack later this week. debthaven , Blonde Granny and Sharon -- I think both of you are correct about avoiding situations that could put you in danger. I don't think some people truly don't understand the seriousness of this virus. Or the realities of what is happening. Time to get dinner started. Stay safe all!

Hi Kids! I've got a decent-sized donation pile, but currently everything is shut down, so we're going to have to bring that stuff with us when we move. Oh well, someday the charities will accept donations again. Still packing, and spending too much time on the telephone trying to notify all utilities, etc., about the move. Not sleeping very well these days. It's a woman thing. You're always trying to figure out the most important things that need to be done each day. Believe it or not, I had to call a county in a neighboring state to see if they'd allow me to drive through after dark. They're literally making their residents stay in place during certain hours. The county checked with the sheriff, who said as long as I stay on the highway, and don't try to take any exits, the police should leave me alone. Such crazy times we're living in!

Safe trip Busy!
Moneysquirrel I'm sure walking outside will do you good.
This week- edit Y's article (ongoing)/Tues+Wed: 15/21 pp In addition to all the marking I'm getting this week, I have to edit another article. I want to finish it by Friday so I can mark this weekend. I feel so overwhelmed. I know much of that is just anxiety about the current situation.

debthaven Right there with you on feeling whelmed. I also know it's the anxiety Sister got grandson's baby quilt finished. She sent a text with a picture of it last night after I had gone to bed. It's beautiful. Now if baby would arrive!

I am now on half work. I am coming in to work M,W and 1/2 days on Fridays. I am in the food delivery business so I am essential.
I haven't really been anywhere except work and I need to head over to Dad's place to get the mail and grab some food from his pantry. I still need to phone the lawyer and CPA to let them know that he passed.
Slowly, very slowly I am putting things into the kitchen. Since I still do not have all the cabinets I am unable to unbox everything right now.

My great nephew arrived last night. He is a big baby. Dad says mom and baby are doing well. Maybe great aunt had some kind of inkling. I sent him a text last night asking if there was news on the baby front about an hour before baby was born

Congratulations on being a great aunt again TheO! I'm so glad parents and baby are doing well! Snapdragon again, I'm so sorry for your loss. I hope working is not too hard for you right now. This week
- mark 8 final presentations/Wed - edit Y's article (ongoing)/Tues+Wed: 15/21 pp As Rukh would say I "powered through" and marked all 8 final presentations I got today! I'm ridiculously proud of myself LOL. DH dragged me out for a quick walk to the bottle bank. Other than that I've been at the computer for 11 hours. If I can finish that article on Fri I'll have a much more manageable amount to do over the weekend (41 papers to mark).
I was thinking about postponing my Fri classes but it's too late now.

Debt, I wondered what they were, too. I thought they were some sort of kit that you could sew together to make a mask, lol. Sewing groups are starting to create masks for others who need them. Even some healthcare facilities are starting to use them! I guess the thinking is anything is better than nothing. It's hard to believe it's actually come to that. Nursing homes and hospitals are pleading for the homemade masks here. My mother in law alone has sent about 20 dozen to various facilities who have requested. She's a saint and I know it's keeping her mind occupied while she's stuck at home with my FIL (he's considered high risk, so they have to be very careful).

I spent Sunday deep cleaning our living and dining room (it's one big open room). I washed all the walls, dusted EVERYTHING, moved furniture and cleaned underneath, and patched a few nail holes in the wall. It felt really good. I also finally painted our front door. It's been stock metal since we installed it a few years ago. We had so many other projects going on that it didn't seem important to pick out a color and get it done at the time. I am happy to mark that one off my list.
I also pulled out all of our craft supplies (which made it look like Hobby Lobby exploded in my dining room). I went through everything, tossed what was no good, and re-organized all of it. It took 2 days but I am SO glad I did it. I can now easily find whatever I need for whatever crafty project I am working on.
In the process of all this cleaning and organizing, I managed to purge 264 more items!!!! This brings my count to 970/1,000 items! I am going to hit that goal much earlier in the year than I anticipated!
