And is "chubby" necessarily a bad thing. I mean, if your BP, pulse, cholesterol, sugar, lipids, and everything else is normal level, and the person exercises and eats pretty well, why is a few extra pounds "sad?"

A few extra pounds do not hurt anything but with a lot of extra pounds it is very unlikely your above listed items will be met.

rovo Come here, I have another test that is more sensitive. Sit on my lap and if you break my legs you have to get more exercise. Then that would be your personal attack on me...I'd be in casts for 8+ weeks. Very poor test in my opinion.

Approximating ideal body weight[plus/minus~10 percent] Women 100 lbs for first 5 feet then 5lbs for each additional inch over 5 feet example 5'5" - 100 plus 25lbs ..125lbs Men 106 lbs for first 5 feet then 6 lbs for each additional inch over 5 feet. example 5'7" 106 plus 42lbs....148lbs Many people who weigh over their number try to use the 'but I have more muscle mass' argument.... which they usually don't have. I'm right within the parameters. ;D

If you go solely by the scale, I'm morbidly obese, and when I was swimming in college I was considered overweight. For those of you who have actually seen me on FB, you know what I look like. I carry some extra weight, but I'm healthy. I'm not going to torture myself to get down to some arbitrary weight that is not sustainable for me. It's not sad, it's life.

Why? I'm pretty strong and doubt Rovo would weigh so much.

I can't believe I missed rovo saying the "s" word!!!! I've definitely gained a little since high school, but it's no more than 10-15 lbs. I'm definitely set to gain some more, but I'm trying my best to eat as healthy and get as much exercise (within reason) as I can so that I can get back down to my current weight within six months after the birth. I didn't enjoy being the fat kid when I was little, and I doubt I'd enjoy it now. Plus my family has some major weight issues, and I don't want to fall into that pattern.

Someone once told me on average people gain 1 pound per year.
I graduated high school around 125 pounds in 1987. I now weigh right around 150.
I define average!

Want everbody around for a loooong time...esp YOU TD2K Now that you see better, do better. Get off your butt- exercise and f*ck 3+ times per week[adds yrs to your life] Now, just to be clear, can I exercise on one day and f*ck the next, or do they have to be done on the same day? Do I have to do both 3x a week, or is 2 exercises and 1 f*ck sufficient?

"I dont go to the Gym, this is from good honest work"
I don't think there is anything inherently DIShonest about going to the gym. I do think there is something inherently dishonest about Deb.
