First let me say..I am a Prime member of Amazon..I use them to a farethewell...I love their service..I am unable to get out and shop and for me they are a godsend...In fact, now when things come up , minor and major, I just inquire an viola...there is the item{s} I want...usually many kinds and styles and prices are fine.. If I was able to get out I don't believe my shopping style would change beyond a occasional get out to a m all to check out whats being offered...thinking those specialty shops..Pottery Barn and such...but know Amazon would do it for me. Example...was having trouble with nose clips on my glasses..wondering if Amazon had pads for...did a request...many, many styles, super inexpensive. I have two items coming the next day or so. What I don't need and demand and believe they are making to big a deal about is their trying to get down to a next day delivery..not necessary for me...give me a reasonable delivery schedule, I am satisfied. ======================================== abcnews.go.com/Business/journalist-describes-physical-mental-toll-working-amazon-facility/story?id=67351163

I remember the UPS guy at one of our buildings talking about how closely they were tracked. Even bathroom breaks, so its not just amazon.
But she only worked there for a month during the holidays. Of course it was busy. That's like temping for H&R block in mid February and being surprised there is a lot of work to do.
