Political leverage for a better trade deal ? Could be anything, in the light that he said this, instead of that. Could be he's more worried about the trade deal for the US, than Hong Kong protestors You chose LA Times, instead of Fox News. Get the idea ? The fact it's the LA times reporting this, far liberal left leaning media outlet that it is, tells me there is another agenda in mind for the article. Quote; The LA Times is liberal and left. In a UCLA media study, professors Groseclose and Milyo studied media bias. They rate the LA Times as liberal. Here’s how 20 major media outlets rank on Groseclose and Milyo’s slant scale, with 100 representing the most liberal and zero the most conservative:www.quora.com/Is-Los-Angeles-Times-liberal-or-conservative

You actually use "Fox" as a legitimate source..? You keep "Fox" on constantly? I could ask why but will guess they report or comment in the way that u believe..which means u are really not that interested in what is happening in the world unless it is in praise of the Donald and his doings..{ ...sigh}

I don't believe I am alone there...I accept that in your mind the Donald, in your mind , can do no wrong, even when it is obvious he is...Best u and I just ignore each other... We have known about Chinese cyber crime for many years..... no secrets there. They are getting a bit shady though .... no more elections, president for life, wanting to absorb an independent Hong Kong, re-education camps.

Another article regarding China / Australia confrontations and more details into how China is attacking Australia...Australians, who just recently, were only interested in quiet peaceful relations with China, realize there are more seriouse insidious problems with their Giant Asian neighbor --------------------------------------------------------------------- "CANBERRA, Australia — A Chinese defector to Australia who detailed political interference by Beijing. A businessman found dead after telling the authorities about a Chinese plot to install him in Parliament. Suspicious men following critics of Beijing in major Australian cities. For a country that just wants calm commerce with China — the propellant behind 28 years of steady growth — the revelations of the past week have delivered a jolt." ----------------------------------------------------- www.yahoo.com/news/suddenly-chinese-threat-australia-seems-200729947.html
