We have one about 25 miles away and we were there last Sunday celebrating my oldest g-dtr birthday. Good luncheon and DH and I split a Ghiradelli chocolate cheese cake .............. yummy
Too far to drive for a slice and I'll be at work anyway. Have a class Thurs evening so I'm SOL.

I LOVE cheesecake, but the nearest location is at least 30 miles from me, so I'll have to pass.

I live just a few miles from a Cheesecake Factory. I don't go there very often as it's in a crazy busy shopping area with parking that is poorly designed and often insufficient. It's just too stressful.
In any event, Costco sells packages of multiple flavors of Cheesecake Factory cheesecake for a lot less than it costs at the restaurant, so I get it there. There's also a Ms. Desserts outlet shop less than 10 miles from me, where delicious cheesecakes can be had in a dizzying variety of flavors at very reasonable prices. Also, I don't really care for either of the flavors being offered for free, but for folks who like them, it's probably an incentive to patronize the restaurant.

My wife is the worlds best cheesecake maker so I would never venture into one if there was one even close to me. Why pay for something when I can get it much better at home for free? 🙂

Really just an overrated chain restaurant that gives you way too much food.

I think there's one in Toronto, but none in Quebec. I think there is one in Ottawa American chain restaurants tend to do very poorly in Quebec. Taco Bell? Gone (except for two). Krispy Kreme? Gone. Red Lobster? Gone.

Walking distance. But anyone who thinks I''ll go stand in line for a free slice of cake has some bolts that need tightening.

I live relatively close to one, but I can't eat that stuff unless I want to balloon out from my slim, svelte 600 lbs.

My wife is the worlds best cheesecake maker so I would never venture into one if there was one even close to me. Why pay for something when I can get it much better at home for free? 🙂 LOL at free. I made an apricot cheesecake for a bake sale once. Slices of the cheesecake were being sold at $1 each, and they had cut it into 12ths. I just about went ballistic, I told the coordinator I had $25 in ingredients in that cheesecake. I could have given them a $20 bill and saved myself a lot of grief. He proceeded to raise the price to $3. You paid for it!
