Great pictures and a great looking house. 😁
The characters were a little sketchy though. 😉😜

Love the house! Do the dinos live in the servant's quarters?

That made me happy. I also love the shower curtain.

Saw those same characters on a house lusting in another area, but were even more creative. Like one was mowing lawn, one doing dishes.
Listing had a lot of views and house sold quickly!

I remember reading about this house the other week. Or was that another house? I'm so bothered that the kitchen cabinets continue into the dining room. It looks weird. I like the shower curtain! Would have been better with a dino sticking their head out!
If I ever sell my house I'm using Gritty in my photos.

That’s funny! Love the Dino photos, but I really don’t like how they continued the kitchen cabinets into the dining area. I would have looked much better without them.

THAT's a good realtor! I'm sure it greatly increased the number of views but the dinosaurs didn't interfere with your ability to see the features of the house. Wonder how long it will take for other realtors to copy the idea.

The news report on the TV.... poor T-Rex couple having to watch the report of the meteor heading towards earth. It's a very cute house. I'm concerned about the google maps images though... the house doesn't look level. I took a 'walk about' in the neighborhood. I'm guessing it's a hilly area? Not sure how I feel about the retirement community being built behind the subdivision. I guess they will be quiet neighbors.

They take the place of a formal 'china cabinet'. I find it weird that there's that breakfast counter (without any seats) AND a dining room table. Maybe the space was used by the family without the dining room table? maybe as 'family room' with couches/TV - and then dining happened at the counter??

I don't really like how those cabinets in the dining room we're done, bit I was considering putting in a corner cabinet in my dining room when we redo our kitchen.

Maybe they just use the bar as a buffet / serving area. We do that a lot.
I don't see conflict having a breakfast bar and a table. We sit at the bar and chat while someone cooks, or we snack from there (like veges before dinner or whatever) and still need a table.

I think the cabinets in the dining room. but storage is always good, in my opinion.
And I loved the dinos watching the news! And the hammock.
It's a cute looking house. I liked it.
