My problem, is if it's not cold enough to warrant socks to sleep in -- I wake up soon being too hot and have to then take my socks off.
Could be because I live in Florida and I'm not cooling my place down to the recommended sleep temperature. Do you know how much my bill would be if I put it at 67 or lower?? I only cool it to 72 and my bill last month was $90 for a 1100sf condo!! AND IT'S BARELY SUMMER!!!!!!!
But if I'm somewhere where the temp is under 70 I usually wear socks over throwing on an extra blanket.

I don't even sleep under the covers let alone wearing socks to bed. On top of the bedspread with just a blanket (year round) which I can kick off me at any time. Legs too warm. Circulation problem.

If I put on socks and slept any better than I do now it would be because I am friggin DEAD!! I just don't have trouble sleeping but if that changes I will put on socks, gloves, skull cap, flannel gown and go buy an electric blanket

I have been for the last five months. I went on blood thinners the first week of February. It made my feet absolutely freezing all the time. I went off the blood thinners three days ago. I'm hoping that my feet thaw out soon.
Otherwise, no not usually. Part of that is due to my husband keeping the house at a minimum 70* year round.

No socks, but I like "weight" on my feet for some reason -- always have a quilt folded at the foot of my bed to make things feel "right" for me

I sleep with socks on. Basically the only time I don't have socks on is when I'm in the shower or wearing open toed shoes.

It's the one perk of a condo - I'm better insulated because my walls are next to neighbors that cool their place too. Though the 72 is only at night. It's set to 82 while I'm at work and only down to 78 when I'm awake and home. It's been over 95 here for more than a week now and barely getting out of the 80s at night.

No socks but I have a kitty that sleeps on my feet.
Does that count?

Never, I remember in my sports playing days i would often sleep with my feet hanging over the bed with no sheet over them to let the cuts/blisters heal.

I too cannot sleep with anything on my body, in fact, even if I take a quick nap my socks are the first thing to come off. Cloths are for mere mortals!

Nope. No socks at night here. As the song goes, "It's Too Darned Hot". Back in my home state, the only time I wore socks at night was when the temps hit -30, or colder.

I had to tell the Dr. that I don't need them...I've had a hard time clotting all my life & even had a Vit. K shot once so I would clot. I had an extremely hard time convincing them.

Our thermostat stays at 77º year round & day/night...no changing it at all.

If i don't sleep with socks on I spend the whole night hooking my big toes together and I can't sleep.
I love my socks. Many a person have informed me that I'm crazy over this.

Nope, no socks for me. I’ve tried wearing them, but I get too hot and have to take them off.

Yes. It's best if I put vaseline on my feet first. I don't always do that.
