I found the Ecolution Symphony brand ones to surprisingly good. They have a nice steel bottom so the pans don't warp. They might be hard to find in your area though (I found mine at Shopko years ago but now that they are all closing I'm not sure where I will find these from now on)

Yes, it's TFal. I love that huge covered pan. I use it so much. I have a similar big TFal pan. It's purple.

I use some ceramic coated pans for eggs and only eggs. They're still good because of the limitation.
I bought my mom a small cuisinart hard-anodized pan, and that has been surprisingly good for clean up of eggs. I'd go with that for cooking multiple things with eggs.

I've had a calphalon for a couple of years now, I started putting it in the dishwasher and noticed last time that the bottom is eroding. There are chunks on the under side where the metal is gone. I need a new pan ASAP. I know it is better to not put these in the dishwasher, and I never do it with my nice pans, but it is convenient in the mornings.

My Calphalon lasted about 10 years, but I don’t put it in the dishwasher. The only pans I do put in it are the tri ply stainless steel ones (my All Clad knock offs), which do wash up well.

I just bought a new non-stick 8 in. at Marshall’s for $7.99. It’s almost exactly the same as the one that I’ve had for over 10 years that has begun sticking. I hope this one holds up as well as my old one did. I used it for eggs, grilled cheese sandwiches and lots of other stuff.

The "ceramic" nonstick pans are on a par with the copper ones. They look nice and slick and work for about 11-1/2 days, then they begin to cling to the food like grim death. I hate those! They look good and work well til you use them 2 or 3 times.
