There was a 5 year old in my 3rd grade gifted class that was in college around this age, maybe a year or two older. I'm pleased to see this young fellow seems more able to handle the social aspects than Michael was.

There are some weird statements in this article. For instance, while I am willing to accept that a three yo knows the requirements to become US president, who knows a pre-school teacher that has the time to discuss this with a child AND is willing to do so? All pre-school teachers I have ever known have more than one child they take care off and those other kids will be eating glue, throwing toys around, or what have you while you stand around talking about requirements for the presidency.
It made the entire article/essay more than just a little suspect to me → and yes I know there are incredibly bright kids out there and this may be well one of them, but still...
