Plus I'm sure it will change soon. They leaps in data analytics software is amazing. It lets you look at hundreds of areas quickly. of course you then have to break it down to causation, the ability to parse large amounts of data now is amazing.

Maybe my google skills are weak, but I wasn't able to find any studies that linked different types of predictive elements to different races, genders, etc. Not in any way that would support a college in a conclusion that it made sense to use different elements in admissions for different races, genders. It would be interesting to see how data and studies like that were received given the current trend on college campuses and in the media to immediately label any attempts to study the differences between races as "racist."
