with the board lately? Seems like the last few times I have been on,it gets hung up,is sluggish,hic ups, burps,etc.....

I've been having that problem as well, it goes super slow at times. Sometimes posts disappear completely & other times I end up triple-posting.

Don't hit he "post reply" while it is processing or you will get a duplicate post....I tried to defrag and delete history but that doesn't seem to do much good...also the "delete" is weird because it's slow and then will post two or three "delete" posts...probably due to just heavy use..??

Not me I use Metacmucil instead of Danon Yogurt now but thanx for asking..
BTW in case you were wondering Metamucil helps to lower your cholesterol which Dannon Yogurt does NOT do..and it also has pyslium fiber and you know what they say about pyslium fiber??
