I think that words might be meaning different things to you and I. I don't equate "retaliatory nuclear missile strike" as a "defensive response" to a missile flying over our territory. ... Because North Korea has basically withdrawn their missile threat from Guam, I feel their new young leader has been advised of certain realities. Deterrence is alive and well. The response would be enabled ... Interesting, "... would be enabled ...". Very passive statement. My ongoing question, "How/who would "enable" it? Automated event? Human being pushing a button? Does it being enabled mean that a nuclear explosion takes place in North Korea? Or is a second step necessary for launch?
