The proper way to get tuition assistance is to politely ask your management if they will provide you with tuition assistance. Then if they say "no", you Fight Club yourself.

Just talked to my department head. Had a frank discussion. He said the department in the past is willing to contribute about 50%. We're getting a new dept head next year, whom I've heard is very supportive of education. I'm also only asking for 1K every year, and our budget is several million. Now all I have to do is apply and get in.
