The proper way to get tuition assistance is to politely ask your management if they will provide you with tuition assistance. Then if they say "no", you Fight Club yourself.  |

Just talked to my department head. Had a frank discussion. He said the department in the past is willing to contribute about 50%. We're getting a new dept head next year, whom I've heard is very supportive of education. I'm also only asking for 1K every year, and our budget is several million. Now all I have to do is apply and get in.  |
