I ran 5 miles on 5 different days this week! Not as fast as I wanted ....and yesterday's run was a major struggle for whatever reason.....but I did it! I notice positive changes in my bod too...

Good job! I was doing well for awhile, then my fitness tracker broke and I had to send it off for replacement...didn't do so well after that. If it's not recorded by Garmin, it never happened and doesn't count, right? Need to get my butt back in gear.

So I been doing 5 miles a day for days a week (25 miles a week) since about 9 Oct..........
However I've only lost about 2 lbs...................

Good job! I haven't found running to be a great weight loss booster, unfortunately. Still have to watch calories in/out. Doesn't help that after longer runs I'm ravenous and my immediate thought is to eat all the unhealthy, delicious food.

That's the main reason I am running. Relatively low carbs.....the only carbs I eat are fruit........frustrating.......I been working our 1.5 hours a day 5 days a week! 45 minutes weights, 45 minutes run,.......
Did I already say "Argggggg" ??
