Rules:

Founded 11 Jan. 1991
Headquartered in Pearl River, N.Y.
133 employees.
Stock had a nice spike (& a gap mid-July 2016). If this slight
downtrend it's now in continues ....then I made a poor choice.
However, it might turn up, within the next 5 days.
