Too much mandatory training (six classes) every three years that never change and after being there for 20 years, I believe that I am well versed in the information provided. These are not videos, but on-site classes that we have to attend.

We had training on what to do if there's an active shooter event, anti-bribery stuff, conflict of interest stuff, and yeah the standard inappropriate behavior stuff. I think there must still be problems if we are continuously being trained on this stuff. Not still a problem. Standard HR CYA stuff. Once started, it never goes away. In a big company, or the government, at least three people's jobs depend on continuing the program.
