You know Kadee I pray that something like this works I really do, but I have been hearing this for years now (my wife fought cancer for 5 and half years before dying last year ) and nothing ever comes of it. I have read many similar articles They still insist on giving chemo & radiation treatments. By their own ( the governments) statistics chemo only works in less than 3% of the cases. That means a whopping 97% of the time it does not work. In my wife's case I believe taking the chemo was a big mistake but the doctors convinced her it would save her. Cancer rates have been increasing at alarming rates for decades and yet no one is trying to prevent it in the first place. Something is causing cancer rates to increase each year yet they rarely even mention that. If it were prevented in the first place we would not need the cures. My main suspect is the food supply - The government allows over 3000 chemical additives to be put in our food most have not undergone any type of studies as to their potential effects much less when the chemicals are combined. Yet , even though they allow these chemicals to be consumed with testing they require treatments to be studied for years before maybe being approved. Sorry for the soap box but the whole cancer industry just upsets me a lot. I would love to see a cure for cancer in my lifetime - it would be the happiest day of my life.

I'm very sorry about both of your loses. It is heart breaking. I am a cancer survivor...I had surgery and then radiation. Had I FULLY understood the permanent side effects from the radiation, I doubt I would have gone through with it.
TVa, I do believe that it is WAY more than 3000 chemicals in our foods. And from everything I've read, it's generally only tested by each industry as to it's safety...and we all know that "results" can be skewered to any conclusion the payer wants. I also agree that it is in our food supply....not just the grains but also the meats both by way of injections and what is fed to them. There are chicken houses all around me....those chickens never touch the ground and seldom see the light of day other than when they are transported to the houses as chicks, when the building doors are opened, and when they are transported for slaughter. Most can't stand due to the fast weight gain, their legs can't hold them up. And I'm pretty sure that many of us have driven past a beef feeding lot at one time or another....nasty things....some knee deep in muck, some just bare ground....no shade, no natural foods. And around here, it's basically the same conditions for dairy cattle too....nasty! Hog raising isn't any nicer either in most places....but there is hope! More hog farmers are starting to change the way they raise them....better for the hogs and better for all of us too!
I've also seen that Monsanto is having several problems in the last few months. If ya'al want the info, I'll try to find the links. But they may pull out of India due to the government cutting how much farmers pay them....and here in the US, it seems that seed sales are down so far this year. Might be due to a couple of things. If commodity prices don't go up, some farmers may cut back how much they plant. And I know there are more & more that are starting to convert to sustainable practices rather than using so many chemicals. I hope the farmers are seeing the "writing on the wall"...consumers (majority) don't want GMO'd things in their foods.
