Rules:

You guys should keep an eye on this one. Sure wish I'd bought some of it way back when. Do you remember when they had the stock game for big $$$$, I think it was on MSN....Revlon was trading below $2 back then. The guy who won was always buying/selling it in the game. I hadn't looked at it since then until a couple of weeks ago.

I know airlines are not in favor right now, but with jet fuel so cheap and planes full, I have to go long this week, plus they slightly raised ticket prices a few weeks ago.

Ombud, I was thinking to go with Fifth Third Bank this week, but could not decide long or short.........
The markets are just too hard to guess which way to go.
I imagine a short will win again this week. WTI trading close to $29 a barrel overseas today, so markets should be negative again..

Ombud, not going to guess the eventual bottom, just ride out the storm. Someday, the bull will charge again, (2017 second half)?
In the meantime, life goes on. Let's hope there is no big train wreck coming.
I figure at my age, worry about the market is wasted time...live day to day, and hope there is a tomorrow as the days pass.

I have time to wait this out and if it turns out that I need cash, I'm 25% cash anyway. I read somewhere that the only ones who were really hurt by 2007-2009 were those who tried to pick a bottom

Yes, good to just ride "storms" out and wait for clear blue skies to come again. With the stock market it may be weeks or several months, just be patient. No loss realized unless one panics and sells. It seems most prices of good companies get higher with time.
Glad you are prudent and prepared.
