Democrats like keeping the borders open for the votes. And, republicans like keeping the borders open for the cheap labor (yes they do, or something would have been done to tighten up the borders a long time ago). In California, our governor is going to put continuing with the "temporary" tax increases for the next 5 years on our next ballot. He is proposing cuts police and aide to elderly/ill citizens while promising that if the dems get enough votes to put this bill on his desk, he is going to sign it. Why not just make Mexico the 51st state, get all mexico citizens SSNs, get them paying ALL the taxes we do including taxes in Mexico in order to share the pain and then let them have this dream act. Because believe me, they are going to get this dream act passed in California within the next decade for sure. I'll bet cash. Why don't they just get rid of ICE altogether? Have you watched cops? There are episodes where they are REdeporting people. We have had border patrol agents arrested for doing their job. The jig is up. Mexico's citizens are our citizens. We need to stop fighting it and find a way for them to share the financial burden with us. Thank you www.aroundthecapitol.com/Bills/AB_130/20112012/

Isn't that what the North American Union is supposed to do? I do not agree with the concept, but it seems that this is what the globalists have planned for us. One question I have for the globalists: Once the U.S., Canada and Mexico are all one big happy family, will we still have to use our passports? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_American_Union

Why not just make Mexico the 51st state Because it would piss off Alaskans since they wouldn't be the biggest state any more. As a VFW member, we have many members that are also members of other local social clubs. We have tried many times to coordinate activities with other local clubs like the American Legion, Moose, Elks, AmVets, etc, so that members are not made to choose between which club to patronize. We'd even allow non-members to come in as guests of a member to support each other. It works great for a few months, but eventually fails when people realize that they still have to support the best interest and those of their home organization and it all falls apart. I believe a union of North American countries would eventually end up with similar results.

We would have to bring in people from South America to do the work that American's don't want to do.
